Property outdated and needs a modern refurbishment. Problems with electric plug in utility room which was burnt out causing the hot water heater not to work, changed plug over to another mains point and unplugged extension lead, this helped solve the problem with cold water. Ant infestation throughout, WiFi keeps dropping and needs rebooting continuously. Pool was freezing which limited the use. Keys to the entrance and villa are very limited would benefit from a key pad entry system. No light in kitchen all week, instructions on how to work the electric hob would be good and also it often trips the power out. Cockroaches need to be sprayed.

Pool was supposed to be heated , but apparently had a problem with heating, would not matter in summer be we was there in January
