The room was very nice very comfortable .
The shower head kept falling down but was not a great problem

Not able to offer room earlier than 3 pm - I was very tired and crashed out on lobby couch - not a good look for your guests I’m afraid.
Walking through the (clean) alley to the Mews at night was scary.
