Nice big rooms. Everywhere was clean. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was well equipped. Check in/ out was super easy and we had parking permits arranged for us. 15 minute walk to Clifton village which was great but there is a local shop just a couple of minutes stroll. We had a lovely Indian meal in the restaurant next to the shop. There were a couple of nice pubs close by too.
We felt that the description of “waterfront” was quite loose. The water is down the street and barely visible from the house. However it doesn’t take away from this being a lovely property. One bathroom is a bit of a shame for such a large house but we were a group of 5 and so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The locations was great, walkable to most places in Bristol or an easy quick uber ride away. The rooms were nice and the kitchen had all the amenities we required.

Very spacious house in a great position for visiting Bristol. Very nice outdoor area for morning coffee.
Everything worked and the kitchen was very well equipped. Our reason for visiting Bristol was a family reunion and this property felt homely.
There aren't a huge number of parking spaces available, but we had no problem parking.
