The apartment has a distinctive artistic character and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my stay was satisfactory, with several positive aspects that made it a pleasant experience.
The property would benefit from better maintenance and greater attention to detail. The bathroom had visible signs of dampness and possible mould near the ceiling, a broken waste bin, a heavily worn and rusty toilet brush, and rather makeshift arrangements for shampoo and shower gel. Some basic kitchen items were also missing.
Although the artwork and decorative objects give the apartment its identity, I personally found the space somewhat overcrowded. Overall, the impression was of an older property whose charm was not always matched by the level of upkeep expected in guest accommodation.

Really nice apartment in a good location! Comfortable, nice patio, lots of things around. The host was great. Check in was easy (Except it's on the 1st floor NOT the 2nd haha - so button 1 in the elevator).

Location, has AC, responsive and Nice owner who tried to solve the problem.
The room smelled of cigarettes even the bedsheets and furniture. Owner offered cleaning which helped a bit but then the room smelled of cleaning products and cigarettes. we also saw on the hallway dead cockroaches.
