Clean. Functional apartment. Well located for work trip to La Defense in a nice residential apartment complex in a respectable neighbourhood. Very near restaurants and beside a grocery convenience store. The owner provided coffee capsules for the espresso machine and basics in kitchen (salt, pepper) and in bathroom (shampoos and soaps). Overlooks the Seine (and a busy road). Walking distance to park (across the bridge)where you can go running or workout and to areas like Neuilly-sur-Seine and la Defense. 5-10 mins walking distance to metro line 1 (station Esplande de la Defense). Good wifi and TV.

Very functional and a bit tired in terms of decor, so not very pretty. Kitchen and living room/bedroom are all one room so you can hear fridge when in bed. Overlooks a very busy road, so you need to keep windows closed if you don't like noise of traffic. Probably only a problem in summer when you want to open windows when it's hot. The windows had good double-glazing so you didn't hear the noise if you closed the windows. No air conditioning either but there was a big electric fan.

We did't have bedding and towels for our child. We pay for three and we have bedding and towels only for two persons.

Location

Location good, with easy access to public transport. Working coffee machine. Small supermarket 2 minutes away. Balcony with view across (busy) main road to Seine and island beyond. Puteaux itself is an attractive place.

Inadequately maintained, with kitchen light, hob light and extractor, and bathroom extractor all not working. Wardrobe door broken. Just 2 cups and a random assortment of plates and bowls, some chipped. No instructions in apartment at all. Bedding and towels clean but we felt we needed to wash the kitchenware before use. Entry instructions poor as we were told someone would meet us so we waited more than an hour before realising they had emailed access instructions instead. Host unavailable by phone or text. Also Booking.com poor as tried for 24 minutes to ring for help with access before giving up, having previously been stuck in a phone loop trying even to get in the queue to speak to someone.

No information about how to enter the apartment. We were stuck in the street. No possibility to leave suitcase if you arrive before 16h! The apartment was in a mess nothing properly folded and kept. Very poor kitchen ware.

Arrival and check-in was easy. The location was good for me as it was only 10 minutes walk from my office.

There was no garbage bin. After I reported the issue I was told they will look into it but by the end of my stay I didn't get any. Getting an invoice was a bit of a hassle. After several reminders I finally received it but with more than a week delay. Some light switches didn't do anything, either the wiring or the light bulbs were faulty. Not a big deal for me but could be looked at. A coffee table in front of the couch would be a great addition.
