We loved Isabela. This location is close to Jobos Beach and so a great location. Check in was easy. The apartment itself was clean and the host was responsive. Mostly quiet. The place has kitchen soap, shampoo and bath soap but No laundry detergent and the kitchen could use a few more pots, pot holders and kitchen towels. The reason to give it a 4 is that they have roaches (despite the place being clean) so it was tough storing groceries and just having the general eek factor. If this is mitigated we would stay here again!

Property was great, condo had everything we needed. All we had to do was food shop! Hammock on the balcony was our favorite spot! The evening breeze and the view was fantastic!

Clean and accessible, enjoyed that it was quiet place. Unfortunately no iron or blow dryer and we had some inconvenience with washer not working but open to return if we travel that way again.

Great location and decent communication with the host!
Definitely a "bland" place and the amenities are a little overrated... not sure I've rented a place with no dish towels, toaster, basic condiments, etc.
Be aware (as posted) that this is an apartment complex and you are at the mercy of the neighbours. Ironicly, the paperwork talks about about "noise" and living around others as every night we stayed there, people were very loud till late at night. The paperwork also mentions "dragging furniture" and the people above our unit literally were moving/"dragging" furniture 8pm-12pm each night?! Not sure what was going on/kinda crazy... Unfortuntely, we decided to leave 1 day early.

Great place, gorgeous and perfect location!
Everything was great...apartment was wonderful, Arnaldo was very accommodating and responsive, and check-in and out was super easy. The only issue is there were no lawn chairs around the pool and you aren't allowed to bring the chairs in the pool pavillion area near the pool or have any drinks of any kind (including water) near the pool. I understand the chairs are because of Hurricane Maria and they haven't been replaced and none of that is on Arnaldo, but it did make things a little less than perfect. Other than that...it was great. Can walk to Jobos beach or to a snorkling area in the other direction. There are food trucks and a gas station right behind the complex so wonderful location. Thank you for the great time! We loved it!

The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything was perfect here. The kids loved the loft upstairs. The beds were comfortable. The whole house was equipped with everything you could possibly need on vacation, from pits and pans, to coffee, emergency kit, water boards for the beach, extra blankets and towels... The view from the balcony was beautiful. And the location was perfect. Being able to use the golf cart to drive down to the beach was a huge plus as well! We will most definitely be going back here next time we visit. Thank you!

Absolutely Gorgeous!
The pictures don't do this place justice. Everything was perfect here. The kids loved the loft upstairs. The beds were comfortable. The whole house was equipped with everything you could possibly need on vacation, from pits and pans, to coffee, emergency kit, water boards for the beach, extra blankets and towels... The view from the balcony was beautiful. And the location was perfect. Being able to use the golf cart to drive down to the beach was a huge plus as well! We will most definitely be going back here next time we visit. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable and safe, many places to eat in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

Did not want to leave.
Everything was clean and in working conditions as expected. Looking forward to stay again very soon. The beach was awesome at night there was a bonfire and if you walk a little there's a piece of beach where you can actually swim in it. Also very quiet in the morning to sleep, being From Puerto Rico I know that it is hard to find a quiet place here. Restaurants are within walking distance and bars and ambiance for party people like me are also walking distance. Los Almendros Restaurant was awesome with all their affordable food and for a better experience there's Tsunami restaurant. If you like cycling or hiking this is the best area to stay. As I said I didn't want to leave. Sneakers and good sandals a must. Apt was equipped with beach chairs and a cooler which was awesome. I felt very safe hanging out at night at the pool and on the beach. Will be back soon with probably the whole family. Thanks for keeping it simple and providing my family an awesome vacation. The only thing I would change is better pillows to sleep.

Relaxing and replenishing stay
This apartment is spacious & in a super convenient location, close to great restaurants and great beaches. The complex is next to a gas station with a bunch of cool food trucks next to it. It was super clean and very easy to access with the code lockbox. The host was excellent and super attentive. If I come back to PR, I would definitely stay here again.

Best beach stay!
My group stayed for the weekend and were so sad to leave. We wanted to stay longer! This property is spectacular! It’s very well maintained and spotless clean. The location is the best in Isabela. We got to enjoy the best of the Isabela beaches. My group was very pleased and we will definitely book again.

Awesome experience! Comfort, cleanliness, view!
Arnold, the administrator, was very attentive. The view was impressive just opening the door of the apt. Very comfortable, clean, organized. We were 2 adults and 2 teenagers and the bedroom had 2 bunk beds, so they had more than enough space for their things. The pool and gazebo were very close to the apt, as well as the beach. There are very good restaurants close to the condo and a food truck plaza at walking distance. We already reserved for next year!

Spotless clean and next to Jobos Beach
This property was in a prime location, spotless clean, next to the beach and several restaurants. It's close to the pool, but far enough to block out any noises. The wifi and Roku worked great. It's comfortable and has plenty of bed space. Would definitely return often if I could.

Wonderful tropical paradise stay
We stayed here a few nights. The unit was spotless clean. The pool & walk to the beach is so relaxing! The beds are comfy, internet is fast and kitchen is fully equipped. The area is super nice; lots surfers and restaurants to try. Jobos is a beautiful beach, but you can do beach-hoping all around and go to the river (Gozalandia) in San Sebastián, which is close by. I want to come back soon.

Beautiful place in a beautiful town! Close to everything!
The property was clean and the complex is beautiful. We had issues with the toilet and some details like a light bulb but they were resolved quickly. Isabela is beautiful and there are a lot of amenities around at even walking distance. My negative observation is in regards to the pool which was not as clean as it should be. I don’t think was cleaned in the 5 days we were there. Water was not clear. The other negative observation is in regards to the hammock. It was not properly installed and my 11yo daughter fell and hurt her head and coxis. That was the only unacceptable part. Still, with a fix in those 2 aspects I would really recommmed it!
