At first, we were unable to enter the flat as we were provided with the wrong access code. This initial inconvenience left an impression of disorganization, especially as the code was sent at the last minute. Upon finally gaining entry to the flat, we encountered several issues. The bathroom light was not functioning properly, flickering constantly. Additionally, we observed bugs running around throughout the flat. To our dismay, after leaving a pizza box on the kitchen counter for only an hour, we discovered cockroaches and other bugs crawling all over it. This was a rather unsettling experience for us.

EVERYTHING PROPERTY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.COM Contacted the property to ask when we would be asked for check-in information, told 4 days before, then day before check-in, then at check-in time...3 hours after check-in time the owner cancelled with no good reason, this is a scam causing us to book another place to stay with no notice that was 3 times as expensive

La cama era cómoda y había calefacción

El baño tenia una mancha negra donde la ducha y el agua del grifo olia muy mal. Solo había un microondas y el grifo del baño era tanto para lavarte la cara como para lavar comida/platos ya que no había fregadero. El radiador por la noche empezaba a hacer mucho ruido.

A localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade. A cama era muito confortável e a minicozinha foi muito útil. As instalações do banheiro eram boas e o aquecimento funcionou bem.

A chegada começou mal, pois não nos passaram o número do apartamento e o código de entrada estava errado! Tivemos que conseguir um telefone local para contactar o apoio ao hóspede e demorou até que um funcionário nos passasse o código correto. Depois, tivemos que passar as noites ouvindo um barulho insuportável e MUITO alto, possivelmente da bomba d'água do prédio, que começava a cada duas horas mais ou menos, e durava a noite toda, impossível dormir. Reclamamos e pedimos para trocar de apartamento, mas não fomos atendidos. Ainda houve mais problemas, como baratas, mofo no apartamento, e o prédio em obras, com sujeira e poeira de obra no chão e paredes, sujando nossas roupas nos corredores. Ficamos no terceiro andar, tendo que levar malas pelas escadas. E um fato grave: um dos trabalhadores da obra foi agressivo com meu marido, tentando expulsá-lo do prédio! Foi uma experiência lamentável! Não recomendamos essa acomodação!

Did not give clear instructions on how to access the property. Wasted a lot of valuable time.

There was cockroaches crawling everywhere. No hot water hence no shower.

The room was clean

Stairwell was unlit except for some inadequate builders lights which barely lit the stairwell. There were no handrails. The building is still a construction site. The lights in the stairwell were connected on the second day. The hot water system was not connected for the first 2 nights. So no hot water. There were no fittings in the bathroom. There was no instructions as to how to engage the modem. Which was just out of a box. ie no password was provided. The TV had no signal.
