The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had air conditioning. The room also had a nice ittle balcony. Breakfast was good.

The doors to the rooms and the bathrooms were very loud. We also couldn't leave our bags there for a few hours after check-out which would be helpful due to our late afternoon flight. The accommodation was also a bit far from the city centre and the sightseeing spots - public transportation needs to be used.

Carla was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and clean. The variety at breakfast was limited but enough and good.

The bathroom was a little small. The sign (with the bell) on the entrance door was not detectable for us, so we relied in neighbours for help.

The room was spacious and it was really clean. I must praise the large amount of storage space. We were able to store all our stuff and then we didn't have a mess in the room. Mrs. Carla was very nice and helpful. She answered every question we had. The breakfasts were delicious and there was a choice of savoury and sweet options. I rate our stay very positively. The price is very fair.

The walls are thin and you can hear other people from the next room. But after a while we stopped noticing it and it didn't bother us.

It is located in a quiet and safe place, the room was clean and very big, so it was really comfortable. The breakfast was also good and the owner was willing to serve us what we wanted.

It was quite far from the town centre and from the beach. The communication with the owner was a little bit difficult, there were some misunderstandings at the beginning.

In no particular order and considering the room price Issues that (mostly) can't be fixed by the host: * Bad parking situation from monday to wednesday, * Very far away from the city center * Very, very badly soundproofed. You hear other people flushing the toilet * (Neutral, as it may be good or bad depending on your preferences) Very soft mattress Issues that are in the responsibility of the host: * "Bruchbude" (german for ramshackle hut) - Albeit clean the rooms are in very bad shape, e.g. defunct light bulbs, missing pieces on equipment leading to dangerous sharp edges, etc. * Flushing the toilet leads to "rain" from the above placed water tank * Only one very small trash can without bag (ewww...) * On our arrival host was very unfriendly, critizing us for otherwise normal behaviour, emphasizes that she is a teacher, lecturing us about some technical stuff but ironically has no idea about what she was talking about (hint: my work is releated to that field), clearly showing signs of disrespect and giving us a very uncomfy vibe. Just for comparison, we already travelled through Sardinia over a week, staying in alot of different housings where we only encountered very friendly and welcoming hosts and hadn't have any issue at all. To safe you alot of trouble or unpleasant experience, I can only recommend to stay away from this housing, even if you have to count every penny twice.

The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. Even though she didn't speak english very well, she tried her best and we always understood each other. The breakfast was good and fresh. They cleaned our room daily. We could even let our baggage there free of charge, so we could enjoyed our last day in Cagliari. We would reccomend this place! It is a bit far from city centre, but the daily bus ticket only cost 3,30€ and you have a lot of stops very near the apartment.

The beds and furniture could be better, but anyway good for a short stay.

The size of the triple room is really spacious. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a good size for 3 people.

I was really upset with having to pay Eur15 for late check in, though I knew in advance there is an extra charge, paying Eur15 on top of Eur65 for the room seemed a bit too much. No where in the Booking.com showed that the cost of the late check-in charge and though I messaged regarding our arrival time well in advance to confirm all is well that we check-in late, the lady only replied stating the charge when Free Cancellation was no longer possible. The lady claimed that their taxi service was the cheapest, which wasn't, so do your homework properly. Breakfast was not much. She did not charge us for an omelet with a slice of bacon for my daughter which should we have wanted the same, we would have had to pay as the one for my daughter was free. I guess she was starting to sense our irritability. I was disappointed mainly at the rip offs.

It was ok the location is a little far from the beach and other facilities. You will need a car . Maria is nice , she is always there and you will also hear the neighbours beacause the walls are thin. You will also have to pay to local tax of 5 euros for day. Anyway Cagliari is a nice city to visit and has a lot of islands.

The room was clean but Maria was the worst host i’ve ever seen. She talked to us aggressively because we mistake the check in hour. The way she talked to us was really unpolite. Breakfast: too much choices but bad quality. The most remarkable thing is that she didnt wear the mask in any moment with this covid19 situation

The area in which this B&B is very quite and very clean and serves a very good fresh Italian breakfast, there is a bus stop near by. 5mins away you can find a supermarket, the owner Carla is very informative if you need any information she is very helpful, she has great hospitality and goes out of her way to accommodate her guest.

Carla (the owner) was the best, she was great, helpful, likeable person, I felt like my in mother. Location was very good: 20-25min by walk to Poetto beach, 25 min by walk to city centre. Everything was like on photo, very good italian breakfast.
