Summer Salt, numero 20, è un 2/2 rinnovato al 2018 al 3 ° piano di Mistral, un piccolo complesso di 24 unità situato direttamente sulla spiaggia con viste mozzafiato. Questa unità balneare meno affollata e adatta alle famiglie si trova in una posizione perfetta per godersi tutta la spiaggia, lo shopping, i ristoranti, l'intrattenimento e le 30 miglia di piste ciclabili che Hwy 30A ha da offrire. Solo un giro in bicicletta da Rosemary Beach e Alys Beach. Un viaggio in auto lungo la 30A ti porterà a Seaside, Seagrove e Watercolors. Ti senti come stare, nessun problema, ti sentirai come se fossi sulla spiaggia, semplicemente seduti sul ponte. Si prega di notare che questo complesso non ha ascensori ma è una passeggiata facile su e giù.

-Soggiorno con divano letto, TV, DVD, via cavo, giochi da tavolo e, naturalmente, le viste più incredibili !!
-Mazzo privato con vista sul tramonto.
-La scala a chiocciola conduce al Master Loft.

We had an awesome time staying on this property. The views are beautiful and the fact you can take a very short walk to the water made it even better. The property is super clean and fully accommodating. It’s very roomy. I think it might be a little cramped if your group has 8. Maybe it would work with Adults and kids. We were a family of 3 which made it very roomy. Staying off 30a is great because the crowds and traffic are so much better than staying back towards Destin proper. There are plenty of really great restaurants within the vicinity. If you want to travel into Sandestin or back east, traveling Hwy 98 is easy and fast. I would certainly stay here again. I believe you will like it here.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Summer Salt so much! Condo was clean and had plenty of extras, like kitchen appliances, blankets and bath towels. The daily beach chair/umbrella set up and our attendant Luke was very kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hallway bunks and I appreciated the detail labeled light switches & a very comfortable master loft bed! Thanks for sharing your great beach front condo!

Summer Salt is a beautifully furnished and well kept condo. Our stay was both comfortable and delightful. The owners were quick to communicate and help out with anything we needed.

The stairs where the "ONLY" issue.
If I were 18, they would have been no problem, but i'm not. The stairs were a killer especially with luggage.

The visit was a perfect getaway for our family! It was nestled right on the beach with an outstanding view. We arrived and quickly appreciated how everything matched it's description. It was very welcoming, comforting and met all the needs of our family. We hope to return again! Sincerely thanks for the hospitality in communication and wonderful place to relax!

The only issue we had was slow or sporadic wifi throughout the condo. I wasn't working this trip although it might be tough if you need to work.

We loved that the condo had two levels. It made sharing it with another family really easy. It also had all the comforts of home!
The property was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location was perfect! A short bike ride to restaurants and shops in either direction. We loved that we had beach chairs and an umbrella ready for us every day. The beach access is a minute walk from your front door. If you want to rent bikes, there are lots of bike racks in the parking lot.
Overall a wonderful experience!

Very nice and comfortable unit. Cute decorations and nicely equipped kitchen. Good views from balcony and perfect beach space. Only thing to know up front, is there is no elevator. Lots of stairs to trek up and down from car to unit and then again on boardwalk to beach. Definitely good exercise! Good location for restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our stay.

Hands down the best vacation rental I've ever stayed in on 30A. The photos don't even do it justice. First of all, it is CLEAN. No dust in corners or grime in the kitchen or mildew in the bathrooms. The bathrooms both have fans, which is so helpful in the Florida humidity.
It's very obvious that a significant amount of thought went into furnishing this home. It's designed for travelers to get comfortable and settle in. Between dressers, baskets, and the wardrobe closet there's ample storage for you to unpack your bags, stow your shoes, and hang up your clothes. I love the use of hooks though out the unit. No need to hang any towels or swimsuits over the door or on a chair. Also the quality of the decor and furnishings is much nicer than that of most vacation rentals. Everything is updated and well maintained.
The kitchen had everything we needed, but honestly we didn't really cook big meals during our stay. Just made breakfast smoothies and sandwiches for lunch. Lots of cabinet space to unpack and store food/ kitchen items from home.
We LOVED not having to call and reserve chair and umbrella service since it was already taken care of. One less thing to worry about on vacation.
The location is prime with incredible views. The deck has a dining table with chairs, plus 2 adirondack chairs with cushioned foot rests. Quick easy drive to Rosemary, Alys, and the Hub for food or shopping. The host left a very thorough and helpful manual filled with everything from instructions for appliances/ remotes to restaurant recommendations.
One note (which is obvious from the pics)- the King suite is upstairs in the loft which is accessible only by a tight spiral staircase. It made getting up and down with luggage a little tricky. Probably wouldn't recommend that bedroom to anyone who would have a hard time with stairs.
Overall- would recommend to anyone traveling either with a small family, 2 couples, or even just one couple. This trip was for only my husband and I so we were able to really spread out with all of our belongings. We're already planning our next vacation at Summer Salt!
