The welcome pack/food was one of the best we have ever received, the outdoor space is very good, but some of the parts are a bit tired. Rooms are of a good size and beds are comfortable. Staff are great with great communication.
Lots of toys and pool inflatables for children which was good.
In general the villa is a bit tired and needs some up dating, worktop in the kitchen, kitchen table are showing quite a bit of wear, upstairs bathroom needs attention, shower head holder doesn’t hold the shower head.

A great villa. We have stayed in many holiday rentals and this has to be one of the best.
Great sized pool
Lovely outside area
Three good sized bedrooms
Welcome pack on arrival crammed with food and wine!
Fridge full of bread, cheese, ham, butter
Excellent views
The local village is 2 mins walk and has several great tavernas
Rethymno is just 15 mins away (we recommend the old town)
Incredibly well equipped kitchen
Great communication from the owner who is very helpful.
Beach could be closer
The second shower is over a bath and there isn’t a curtain or shower screen
Apart from that - it’s perfect

Beautiful pool area, outside dining and garden. lovely views. pool table and table tennis table kept our teenage son entertained. Very short walk to the village with restaurants, bars & shops. spacious bedrooms all air conditioned. Fully stocked kitchen. Rethymno 10 minutes drive.
