Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We generally enjoyed our stay. Manager did an excellent job! The owner of Unit 114 should improve sitting and sleeping arrangements. Kitchen area is okay but needs more storage space. Maybe a shelf near the window. The clubhouse, pool and deck area were in nice condition and beach area well kept.

Can't get a better location in New Smyrna! Steps from the ocean and walking and Tai Chi just a few steps away. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and great at customer service. We love our neighbors and have made friends with many over the past 6 years. We plan all year for our trip back.
