The house was great and as advertised. We have two large dogs and the huge fenced in back yard was a plus! We go to Vegas frequently and we decided to stay off strip because a conference had hiked up our normal hotel's prices. I'm glad we did. It was such a treat to have a yard for the dogs and a quick Uber to and from the strip.

This was the perfect place while we were in town! It was just minutes from the strip but also a good proximity from plenty of restaurants, markets, and novelty. The hosts have made this home a labor of love. It’s clean, comfortable, up to date, furnished well, roomy enough for a family, and in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

The house is simply marvelous. Very recently and thoroughly upgraded it was actually a shock to enter!
It is impossible to exaggerate how delightful, spacious and comfortable this lodging is.
Having stayed at numerous VRBO properties around the globe, I generally expect “contractor grade” appliances, or less; mismatched furniture; and a generally “well worn” accommodation.
Not here.
This is simply the very best.
We travel to Las Vegas annually and have now found the perfect place to stay.
I can’t give an adequate recommendation. This house surpassed all our expectations.

This house was the BEST choice!! The house was more that I imagined. It was spacious, welcoming and most of all felt safe.
I appreciated all the extras that was offered. There was shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms, a washer and dryer in the house and a secure garage to park our car. It's close to grocery shopping and places to eat! After staying here, I feel relaxed, refreshed and ready to return to my patients. As a healthcare worker, this was the BEST PLACE TO STAY!!! I would definitely stay here again !!! Thank you, Thank you, thank you!!!
I absolutely recommend this place when you and your family & friends need a quiet place to relax.

Check in and out were simple. Brian was very responsive and fair and accommodated later check out due to an unexpected family medical issue which was very much appreciated.
The house needs much maintenance with many items in poor repair. E.g. loose handles, missing faceplates, wall damages. We were informed renovations are in the plan. Kitchenwares also need upgrade with dented and peeling pots, etc.
House is in a great location- easy to find with good nearby amenities and easy access to attractions. Access to outdoor pools a bonus.

The house was very well maintained. Everything we needed was available. Very spacious home. It was perfect for us. It will be perfect for you. Close to the strip, and restaurant and stores. We enjoyed our stay. Wasn't ready to leave it was a home away from home. Fenced yard . It has a grill everything at your fingertips.

This property was awesome. Great presentation, House was extra clean. Owners was great with communicating and checking to see if we anything during our stay before we arrived. I’ll most definitely be staying here in the future.

The house is fully equipped with everything from washer and dryer to coffee maker. Stay here. You'll be happy with your decision.
