The pool side, and outside restaurant was nice and peaceful. The serving staff were really helpful and friendly. The decore, the flower plants added to a relaxing atmosphere.
Level of cleaning in the rooms, not getting enough or clean towels each day.
During arrival with incidence with luggage misplacement the some staff were not being professional. They took things personally and failed to make us feel reassured and at ease. This was not a nice first impression.
No extra amenities were available, eg extra hangers, kettle, no water available in the fridge. Did not provide iron.

We hadnt realised how quiet the ramadan period was so the hotel was 99% empty, however it meant the staff were on hand quickly at all times! The room and hotel are fairly well kept and the pool area was great, we could have beers and a limited menu, it was quite well located for access to the beach although its still a ten minute walk
Adjacent to a wasteland, no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, no minibar as advertised, no spa etc due to the off season which wasnt made clear but nothing that spoiled it

Bed sheets are old and synthetic material
Need modernisation

everything
no isolation in the rooms, I could hear everything from other rooms, specially in the night which was not uncomfortable

Large grand hotel (when it was built). Somewhat faded but still functional. Large "suite" with lovely views. The harbour, old town and of the pleasant pool and the sea.
Scrap land at the rear (providing ample parking). Half built building next door (photo)
The sign greeting you in reception (and repeated all over the hotel) "No food or drink to be brought into the hotel".
No alternative shops or bars within a short walk. Many, however within 15 mins walk or a short drive.
Linen clean but worn out with holes. Bar is run separately with a very limited choice. Staff are helpful and friendly, but have no authority - every request has a charge.
Leaking toilet (the clean water part) and separately leaking shower.

The breakfast buffet was good. Enjoyed the fresh cooked omelette in particular.
Location wise it’s a bit away from the main town area, but the location was perfect for us for a chilled quiet week away and literally 5 mins walk to the quieter end of the beach too. Taxis are so cheap (£2)that the 5 min drive into the town was so easy and there were always taxis outside the hotel or driving past within 5 mins of stepping outside.
The suite we booked was a really nice size and we loved having the outdoor patio area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we would definitely go back. We purchased Moroccan SIM cards for our phones at the airport for £10 for 10Gb but used the Wi-Fi at the hotel and didn’t get close to running out of data
The patio door was very hard to lock, but was ok once you got the hang of it. It’s a busy hotel though so we never felt unsafe

Posh looking hotel. Amenities are fantastic. Hotel and restaurant staff were all great. Highly recommended while in agadir. Super close to the beach. A good 25 min walk to the souk/old town. 20 min walk to marina area.
No shower curtain. I always wet the toilet floor🙈

Really good staff all very friendly smile on they face anything you need they always happy to help you.
And yes some comments says hotel needs upgrade etc but if you want Moroccan vibe stay here people don't understand that's the beauty to be in this tape of hotel authentic Moroccan style all from top to bottom and yes I like the room so quite you hardly hear anything. Rooftop bar just so relaxing. I went up for a lunch even they said lunch is in restaurant they brought everything for me up as I said I would like to enjoy the view. Definitely will be back in this hotel.
