My worst nightmare, location was impossible to find. Spent approximately 2 hours finding the place. There are no formed roads and nothing near by. Staff was rude.

It is scary to be in the area.

Peaceful place. Right away at the beach. Every time we enjoyed the sound of the sea and waves. It offered us calmness. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help! They provided us with the house closest to the beach.

1. The main thing is location. You won't be able to order the "Grab" (local taxi app) from the airport as it's too far away and you need to choose the destination manually on the map. Due to the heavy traffic and the local taxis being lost the road took 4 hours. By the way, Google Maps shows that it would take up to 1 h to get there. We totally understand that the driver was lost isn't the hotel's fault, but we tried to call reception. The official site shows the wrong number we couldn't reach. No signs on the road or any hotel mentions. Hopefully, we wrote them in WhatsApp but got the answer after 2 h. The security staff came and finally met us. But imagine how it was stressful. For the way back, you can only order a bike taxi to the airport (via the "Grab" no car option) or ask the staff to find you a car. 2. No restoran in the hotel. You need to order the food 1h-1.5h in advance. There is a nice kitchen, where you can cook by yourself. 3. WI-FI only in the lobby area. Even if you have a local SIM card, it doesn't work inside the house (outside the house, there is a connection and the internet).

The place was quiet and toilet very spacious. Massage was very good and bed was nice to sleep in.

There are many things to not like about the place 1. The location of the place is very secluded which is fine but they didn’t had any signboards at all making it very tough for drivers to get in 2. Booking.com advertised the place to have restaurant and yoga activities. There was no restaurant at all and we were asked to order from outside 3. If you’re looking for a place to stay in, there’s no entertainment at all. WiFi was only available at the lounge area but not in the rooms. There was no TV as well. 4. Furnitures were very old and rusty. The place was not upkeep well internally. 5. Kitchen was not equipped at all although they told us we can cook but we couldn’t even buy anything from the area to cook. 6. The place does send a very eerie feeling as it’s very secluded and not many people booked the place. 7. We later found out that they were rated very poorly on google review. Compared to the testimonials on booking.com, it was so different 8. We had to check out the next day not getting a refund for our 2nd day (weren’t expecting it because on google review, other people wouldn’t get their refund too so I didn’t bother to argue for one) because my mum felt very uncomfortable with the place 9. If you’re looking to get out of the location, the host’s price in arranging a transportation for you are really expensive. You can try GoJek but you need to guide your GoJek to get into the location cause there’s no signboards and the host will only tell you that it’s very difficult for any cars to enter

Location is right on the beach. Room is spacious, bathroom is big. Serene.

The way to get to the property is very confusing and difficult. Very small road in the middle of paddy fields. No personnel except 1 security after 4:00 p.m. No food in the surrounding areas or the hotel. Be prepared to bring your food for lunch and dinner. I am scared to death if I arrive or on the way to the hotel after dark, the hotel is located in the middle of no where and the road to the hotel is very dark, noone can be seen in sight for many kilometers. You are just alone.

The place was completely run down and there was mold everywhere in our bungalow. Had to spend a lot of time to get a change to another one. It's a complete joke to advertise this as a 5* property. There were wild, aggressive dogs at the beach and there was no hot water to fill the tub. DON'T BOOK THIS!

The beach near vila is breathtaking... the sound of waves at night is so calming... Staff was very helpful, Made was just great man in every situation👍 Villa is just perfect, we enjoyed every minute

You can't swim in the sea there. Villa is quite distance from city, but it is not a problem, staff will bring everything you need

The dogs from beach each evening were a bit much for me.

everything is perfect, the ambiance, comfort, even the staff greetings in the evening was warm and welcoming. I also loved the companion of the dogs wandering around, they’re adorable

at first i was kinda worried of taking the wrong path, and it was a bit risky to drive there at night since the path is very narrow (crossing the rice field) and minimum street lightings

Pak Made and Pak Dewa (security) is really helpful

Everything is just exceptional! We had a private pool plus direct access to the beach and slept through the sounds of the beach, truly wonderful!

1) bed is comfortable 2) pool is nice and big 3) beach even though is black beach (volcanic) 4) room is nice 5) 'made' was the name of one staff and he was really good because he had some experience in hospitality and was working in a cruisehip before It is a new project so it is a nice place if you want to stay inside . I think it's perfect for retired people or people who want to just relax on their vacation without going out.

1) internet Is a basic but there is no internet in the room 2) the location is REALLY bad. Only good if you will all the time stay inside the pool so internet should have been there. ( Not that we are making drama about internet it is just a basic to talk to your family and friends during stay 3) for breakfast we had to choose from the menu so we took morning sunshine which should be with avocado but none of the 3 days we stayed there we got it. So it was just scrambled eggs on a toast ( I understand it's a small village but hospitality is something different, they were careless) 4) no attention was given to basic necessities and didn't feel like asking them anything anymore because one of the staff made a face. 5) there is nothing around. Few houses. Litterally nothing. Only 1 restaurant that's is 15 mins of drive with scooter. 6( the road is so bad it is really dangerous for you to drive at night me and my girlfriend we really worried how to go back. The road is like not even 1 meters wide. It is maybe half a meter so very difficult to drive. 7) And there was a manager she looked very experienced and professional in the beginning however even she didn't know how to take care of the guests. Which is me my girlfriend and 2 more people. 8) they didn't ask us about how our stay was ? Not even the manager 9) we couldn't find transport because it is really in the middle of nowhere the place so ' made' was trying to find a car for us however it was not his job to do this. The manager or somebody else could have arranged or us because they know it in middle of nowhere and there is no Uber. Even grab is not available in that area .... So how should we go to airport.? 10) this kind of place should have had a shuttle I am not writing just to write a bad review I traveled more than 50 countries till now and writing my experience.
