Tolle Lage, großes Apartment, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden, Bus zur Innenstadt vor der Türe! Äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin, mit tollen Tipps für Dubrovnik. Unbedingt Lapad ansehen!
Hellhörige Räume; Türen in der Wohnung hört man in der Nacht leider zu sehr.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, Arijana was very available and shared with us some tips about the city and beautiful places to visit. Beds were comfortable and bathroom spacious.

Apartment was in a good location near bus stops and a large supermarket. Made it very easy to catch the bus to old town or any other area of Dubrovnik. It is a short walk from the ferry also. We collected a hire car and having a free car park in the basement was very handy. There are lifts to the 5th floor where the apartment is located and is quiet. All rooms were air conditioned and had one main bathroom and a second separate toilet. The kitchen had everything that is needed which also included a toaster which was rare for all our stays through Europe. The host was very responsive. Would recommend.

Thus is a great apartment for families. Separate rooms that can be closed off from the living room to keep quiet for small kids napping. The terrace is kids safe and I could let my 1 year old walk freely after putting away a couple glass vases. The host is very professional and friendly. The location is across the street from a supermarket, great organic market and bakery open even open Sunday's. I walked with my 4 kids to Bellevue beach which is great for kids and took us about 20 minutes. Warning it's uphill but the building is well known by all taxi drivers if you prefer taxi or Uber.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in the apartment. It was well-stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including all the necessary amenities and appliances. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and all the nearby attractions.
What really stood out to me was the level of service and care provided by Arijana, from the initial communication to the check-in process and throughout my stay.
Thank you for everything, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

the apartment was perfect, clean and well designed . Tommy supermarket was close by and in general everything was OK
toaster and washing machine was not working

Location was perfect - shops,restaurants and port all a short stroll. 25 mins walk to old town, or take bus which stops across road. Appartment was roomy, and had some condiments which were handy. Bathroom had plenty of soap /shampoo etc and a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer was available.

We could not fault the interior of this apartment - it was large, beautifully modern and spotlessly clean.
We spent two hours trying to find it. It's number 24 but not in the sequential location in the street. We were looking for a villa and didn't realise that it's a flat on the fifth floor of a large commercial building that doesn't even appear to be in the right street. Our greeter had issues contacting us as my phone number had been corrupted in transfer (though correct on booking.com) - we found her a little abrupt but she probably thought she had good reason. Also as this is a business venture you don't get the personal feel of a family property. The views from the balcony overlook building works which don't seem likely to end soon. It's a good 20 minutes not-on-the-level walk to the Old Town although there are buses.
