Good location, close to Kassiopi centre and beach but far enough away to be peaceful.
Clean pool.
Good sized kitchen/bedroom. Small bathroom.
Good air conditioning.
No on site parking. Parking on busy road outside with very few spaces (we visited in September).
We arrived back at midnight first night to find gates closed and locked. The man from the bar across the road came over and showed us how to open the gate!
Apartment clean but basic. Old pine cupboards and furniture. Minimal kitchen utensils. No cleaning detergent/clothes/brush. Hard very low beds (about 14 inches high). Bathroom cramped with old cracked tiles.

It was very clean, ideal location, owners were friendly.
The shower curtain around the shower made it difficult to shower as it stuck to you.

The hotel features super spacious rooms and an incredibly comfortable bed (though it sits a bit low to the ground if you have trouble with mobility). The pool is lovely, and the staff are extremely friendly. Plus, it’s in a fantastic location—just a short walk from both the beach and a supermarket.
The shower was a bit hit-and-miss, but honestly, for the money you're paying, what more can you expect? It was absolute paradise, and I really don't have any complaints.

Nice location. Close to shopping and restaurants.
Noise and mosquitoes. The property is full of mosquitoes. I had to keep all windows shut at all times to keep them out. No screens, they just fly in.
Noise. The whole building is tile floors and no insulation between walls. Walking up the steps, loud talking in adjoining rooms, dropped keys, opening locks, closing sticky doors all were amplified and would wake me up in the middle of the night. Water is a problem. Hot water takes five or more minutes to arrive when called.
