We had a great 9-person bachelor party stay at Capital Villa and would absolutely consider coming back. The house is spacious, clean, and very well set up for larger groups, with plenty of room to spread out while still feeling comfortable and connected. The location was great: close enough to downtown and Austin hotspots to make getting around easy, but still in a quieter neighborhood setting. Walking to Franklin BBQ was amazing, as well as to Arbor Food Truck Park, Nickel City and Radio for coffee. The outdoor space was a big highlight for our group, especially the pool/spa area and overall backyard setup. The house was also well stocked and thoughtfully designed for entertaining and group stays.Communication with Brendan was smooth throughout the process, and check-in/check-out was straightforward.Overall, a really enjoyable Austin stay and a great option for groups visiting the city.

Great place for our annual family gathering (15 - 9 adults/6 kids). We enjoyed all the toys (pool/spa, corn hole, putting green, fire pit, etc.). We had a lovely time.

The house is great -- perfect layout and lots of space for everyone and excellent location. And Brendan was always available for questions with immediately kind and helpful replies and solutions. Very impressive!! The pool was less inviting than pictured as it had a cleaning device floating in it and the hot tub was only hot if we planned several hours in advance. But overall, I highly recommend the house and yard and lovely central neighborhood. This was a perfect place to host our family for a wedding weekend!

A lot of issues. They knew we were staying for over 2 weeks with 8+ people and wasn’t told the washer/dryer wasn’t working until we tried to use it. The casita smelled like cat litter and only gave cold water. The master bedroom had a pathetic blanket for a giant king sized bed - with a sheet so thin that you could see the mattress writing as you slept on top.
Overall- could’ve been a great house but was extremely disappointing. Good location and number of sleep spaces/common spaces - but that’s about it.
