Loved having the condo right on the beach. The balcony was great for having drinks and listening to the waves. Everything was clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

This was our first time staying at this property, and out first family vacation in years! The property was very clean, well stocked, and had a better oceanfront view than we had expected! Tri was prompt about returning all messages and answering all questions! We plan to stay here again!

Excellent Family Trip!!
We booked this property about 3 months ago after a previous rental canceled on us, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise! This property was so beautiful and clean, and close to all the attractions. The balcony was our morning and nightly favorite with comfy furniture. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever experienced!
Our hosts were fantastic, with a minor shortage of paper goods on arrival Tri ordered and fully stocked everything by the next morning. One of the best rental experiences we've ever had; we would love to come back, and would recommend to all without hesitation!

week getaway
My husband and I needed a week to get away from work, just decompress and reconnect. Being married for almost 35 years it is always a good thing to reconnect!
We came across Tri's condo for rent and it happened to be in the same building we rented a condo 2 years ago. I must say this condo was extremely comfortable, it had everything we needed for the week. The view from the balcony is magical! We loved watching the dolphins every day!
We did encounter a small issue the day we arrived. I reached out to Tri and she immediately addressed our concern and resolved the issue to everyone's satisfaction.
One suggestion for anyone looking for a slightly upscale moderately priced dinner, Fager's Island is an absolute must. Outstanding food, service and view! Make sure to make reservations!
I hope we have many more opportunities to rent from Tri again!

Beautiful well equipped condo
This is our first time staying here & we loved it. Of course the view was wonderful being ocean front, but the condo itself was very nice. Any questions I had Tri answered right away. We had no problems & would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo and perfect location
We had a fabulous vacation at Tri and Mitchell's condo in Ocean City. It was just far enough away from the crowds at the boardwalk that it was quiet and peaceful but close enough to still walk to some restaurants and shops. My husband and I loved waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and the beautiful ocean view from the bedroom window. We saw dolphins almost every morning! The balcony on the top floor was a perfect location for us to sit, relax, and still watch our teen girls play on the beach when they wanted to stay out longer and search for crabs after dark with flashlights. The condo had every amenity we wanted and the girls watched movies on their bedroom TV late into the night from the great selection of dvds available. I also can't begin to describe how comfortable the king bed was in the master bedroom!
We would definitely recommend this condo to others! Thank you Tri and Mitchell!

Gorgeous condo and view of the ocean
This condo was comfortable had everything you needed It was decorated beautifully. Really makes you feel like you’re at the beach. Easy walk to the beach. The condo is perfect however the area was a bit congested for us. But we have easy access to many local attractions Assateague Island to see the wild horses Berlin a lovely historic town Rehobeth beach and even a Casino we took day trips every day. Also the restaurants in the area were excellent. Overall a great vacation!

Best. View. Ever!
We loved our stay at Tri's condo! The view from the balcony is stunning - sunrises in the morning, beautiful ocean all day, stars and moon at night - and the furniture on the balcony is incredibly comfortable for relaxing with tea in the morning and a glass of wine at the end of the day. The condo was kept very, very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. What a lovely and comfortable place to come back to at the end of our days on the beach. Loved the ocean sound greeting me each morning as I basked in the morning sun with my tea. This is a truly great place and met all our needs for some down time and relaxing vacation. Tri was wonderful with perfect directions on location, entry, etc. We are definitely coming back!

This is a super charming rental in a great area in North Ocean City Maryland. Tri was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The apartment is nicely furnished, has a great ocean front view, and is in a nice building in North Ocean city. The apartment is nicely stocked with everything you’ll need for your vacation getaway. Overall thought this place was excellent and would not hesitate to recommend it to others or to stay there again.

The condo was updated nicely and well kept. Great view of the ocean and beach. The location was great with access to several stores, restaurants and bus stops to travel south and north.

This was the second time we stayed at this property. It is a lovely place. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. But the ocean view is the best! We really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back for a third time. Thank you!
