Близкое расположение к пляжу. Наличие полноценной кухни в жилье. Концепция номера хорошая, на полу ламинат, а не плитка, что делает номер более уютным.

В жилье было недостаточно чисто, чужие волосы в ванной и грязный пол, который мне пришлось помыть самой, ходить без обуви было неприятно. Кухня отлично оборудована, но совершенно нет никаких столовых приборов, чашек, посуды для приготовления пищи, не говорю уже о наличии кофе и сахара так как есть кофеварка. За посудой пришлось идти на ресепшен, а потом снова - за зажигалкой для газовой плиты. После бронирования увидела, что обязателен депозит 100$ оплатой картой, наличные они не берут, надеюсь залог они вернут. Также платная парковка 18$. Мой совет владельцу отеля: убрать ресепшн и поставить кодовые замки на двери, улучшить клининг и добавить необходимое в апартаменты с кухней.

The location to the hotel was good

The floor was “greasy” and the front door dead bolt did not lock. Had to prop a chair up on door. The door jam by the threshold was as rotted out. This was NOT a well kept hotel

It was close to the beach and easy access for travel.

I wish I would have known that I had to pay for parking and a security deposit in addition to the hotel room.

they say it is oceanfront but put me in another unit that was 5 buildings away. didn’t even stay in the ocean

everything was really horrible. didn’t stay in the Ocean Villas. it was horrible experience. the unit itself had been refurbished so it had new features but there was hair on the little stove top and the building was old and not maintained. the pool had trash in it. The most serious matter was a domestic violence dispute above me and they were screaming and throwing things and slamming doors running downstairs and yelling in front of my door. terrifying. I almost called 911 but didn’t want to get shot and killed over this! so I called security and they asked them to keep it down. this went on from 3:00am until 5:30. I laid in my bed terrified. I called hotel security 5 times. Horrible. stay away!!!
