The room and amenities were great! The view was awesome. And the owner was really accomodating and friendly.

But im dissapointed that the guests will look where to xerox/copy the vaccine card/ID to comply. We understand the health protocols but they can check our vaccines cards that indicates that we got a 3rd shots and ID's than to ask us a xerox/copy. Cause we got out just to find where to find that xerox/copy machine. It takes too much time. I thought the concierge will print the copies of our vaccines and ID's. Thank you and keep healthy. newer condo building Horizons 101, convenient location, i stayed at the newer unit on the 21st floor. Nicely furnished, still fresh and light, there is a nice view from the window, fast elevators. Place is still good if you can handle the downsides...see below

Building security is very strict on any visitors, especially Philippino...IDs and Vaccine cards, registry etc.. can be a hassle. The internet is so slow that its basically unusable, had to divert to my own mobile hotspot with Globe and Smart...there is a great smart tv, but not usable because of the missing network or speed. There is a kitchenette, but not sufficient for cooking...basically fridge and microwave...small 16-18 sqm unit, 160-180 sqft...there are lots of smaller cockroaches, i killed dozens in the kitchen and bath...also small ants...if the internet, cooking and pests problems get solved, i rate it a 9, great value, but at this time and condition more like a 3-4...

Lovely and accommodating hosts. They catered to my request for an early check in and one day extension of my stay. The location is very convenient, accessible to places I was going to. It's at the heart of Cebu City. I had a very comfortable stay in the studio unit for a week, especially after each day's hard work, I get to properly relax and have a good night sleep. I am delighted by the view of the city lights at night and the background of green mountains and clear blue sky during day time. All in all, I really did enjoy my stay. ☺️

Amazing unit in big bulding.Very safe place.Room is very comfortable.Bed is big,kitchen,nice bathroom. Very nice swimming pool.Close to shopping mall and night life in Cebu city.AC is working.Big TV screen Owner is amazing,always helpful.Very nice people. For short and long stay.For solo traveler and also for couple. Next time i would like to stay again. Thank you.
