We had an amazing stay, the property was just what we were looking for.... some place quiet to relax in the evenings after busy days exploring the South West.We loved the location and the house was fantastic! Our first night we sat out on the balcony overlooking the view while mother nature put on a thunderstorm show. The master bedroom also has a great view of the stars on a clear night. It felt like it was only 15 minutes away from everything.... wineries, golf course, town centres, attractions, restaurants and breweries. My children have asked to move in permanently!

The house wasnt that clean when we arrived, heaps of dust and the floors hadnt been vacuumed or mopped for a while so it was 10 times cleaner the way we left it to what it was when we arrived. The house is a little bit run down but over all its a beautiful spot to relax with some friends/family enjoying the stunning view. We would definitely stay there again :)

Spacious, lived-in family house in great grounds/location. Lovely decks front and back to enjoy the peace, trees, birdlife and kangaroos. We missed having a fireplace and wifi but managed fine with reverse cycle heating and mobile data. Good price for a great family retreat. A few cobwebs in far corners/behind things if you REALLY looked (probably worse at my house) but rest was very clean and well equipped for an older house. Always take an atomizer/smelly candle to ‘freshen’ the house up on arrival. Would stay here again? Absolutely.
