L’emplacement idéal
le ménage n’était pas fait, du linge était dans la machine,la couette etait dans un état de propreté très limite … la wifi introuvable !

Getting te keys was super easy, and was really free to collect them from the lockbox. The location of the propperty is superb! Also the jaccuzi is really nice for relaxing.
The communication with the host is only in french, this makes communicating a bit harder than necessary.
There is also a security deposit to be paid only trough PayPal this wasn't really clear to me at time of booking, this would be much better if booking handled the deposit, so you don't have to wire over money trough PayPal.
The apartment was really clean but wen we arrived the bathrobes and towels were still very wet and there was still laundry spinning in the washing machine. Also the shower was splashing more water around the place than it was a nice rain shower.

"The property is very clean and in the center of Rouen. The place is lovely. The Jacuzzi is incredible. The fake fireplace is charming. The mirrors above the bed makes the place very sexy."
