Excellent location, very close to the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. The accommodation is also very conveniently located near the ferry from Zadar. The host was extremely kind, helpful and responsive throughout our stay. He was waiting for us at check-in, even though we arrived quite late, and he also kindly allowed us to have a later check-out, which was a great help. Overall, everything was easy and smooth, and we had a really enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this place, especially to young people.

Since the apartment is located right in the centre, there is a bar downstairs, so there can be some noise and music in the evening. For us, as young people staying in September, this was absolutely not a problem, as the music was not too loud at that time. However, we can imagine that during July and August it could be noisier and might be less suitable for families with small children. For us, it was definitely not an issue.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation with a kitchenette and private bathroom. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of comfort and relaxation. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure that my stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The kitchenette was a great convenience as I had the option to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted. The private bathroom was also a big plus. It was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including fresh towels and toiletries. Having a dedicated bathroom added an extra level of comfort and privacy. In terms of entertainment, the room had a smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. I could easily access my favorite streaming services and enjoy some downtime after a busy day of exploring. One of the highlights of the location was the delicious restaurant right next to the hotel. It was a convenient option for grabbing a satisfying lunch or enjoying a cup of coffee in a cozy setting. I appreciated having such a convenient dining option nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation. The cleanliness, the presence of a kitchenette and private bathroom, the friendly owner, and the proximity to a delightful restaurant all contributed to a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would gladly return to this place in the future.
