The room was booked on behalf of my new in-laws who were visiting Edinburgh for two weeks for the wedding of their daughter and myself. I'd requested a ground floor room as they're not able to manage lots of stairs, and this was provided. The room was spacious and very comfortable. They were both very happy with their accommodation whilst in Edinburgh, which reflected well on me since I had booked it for them :-)

Really great size room, happy with the comfort of the bed and bathroom was big. They gave us new towels and it was cleaned, good amount of kitchenware also.
It was more preference that there’s no lift and a fair amount of stairs

The property was in a FABULOUS location and the bed was very comfortable. I had a cosy suite - basically a bedsit. It was equipped with everything I needed.
There was no lift and I was in the top floor. My bad; I should’ve checked. But others should be aware. The room had too much furniture - so you couldn’t open the wardrobe door without moving a chair. The bathroom was *very* tired and the shower door was on the wrong way round.
