I had done a booking for my wife and friends.....all senior citizen. The group called Glanmomz stayed at the hotel for one night before going to Landour. All were well looked after and found the hotel and staff excellent.

Had a very comfortable stay. Property and facilities were good, services were prompt, staff were warm & professional. Food was impressive. Breakfast had a wide selection of items and was served hot & fresh. Special mention of Arpita & Vinita who took special care to ensure we have everything we needed on our table.

The location and check in process
The staff was confused about the type of room booked. The room was very basic with limited facilities like not adequate towels or toiletries for 2 people
