The directions to the parking take you down very narrow roads which could be avoided - the hotel should not follow the Google Maps directions and should provide their own directions that could avoid the narrow winding laneways.

The warm welcome of the Receptionist. The information she provided us with and a map of the area . Good location, right in the old town with plenty of Restaurants, cafes and shops near. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and pillows.

There is no breakfast facility at this Hotel, but if you have paid for breakfast included you get a voucher to go to the nearby Balbi Restaurant. The milk for coffee or tea in the room is in the form of a pod with no label on it and it's powdered, so you may wish to take you own ! Remember to put dirty towels on the floor otherwise they won't get replaced. There are several buildings for this Hotel and our room no 9 had steep steps up with an awkward turn ,and poor lighting so best to enquire if you have walking difficulties, as far as I'm aware there are no lifts

Breakfast was good and the location was fantastic.

However, the rooms was really small.
