Staff were great, rooms were big, modern and clean. Great location - loved everything about it.

Breakfast could have been better. Ordered bacon and eggs and received only a very small portion. But the quality was good.

Receptionist was so kind, but unfortunately forgot to make small packs instead of breakfast which I asked in advance, because we had to leave early morning.

The attitude of staff guy in breakfast area were bad. They didn’t have hospitality. And The sounds from bar was so noisy. It lasted till midnight. We couldn’t sleep well due to it.

For breakfast you could order eggs and/or coffee, but sometimes the orders took a very long time to go through and it was overall somewhat hectic. The buffet section of the breakfast was rather limited, but it is understandable due to space concerns.

Breakfast was good enough, but unfortunately, we did not like the service in the restaurant. Not vegetarian friendly, I felt like the staff was not happy that we don’t eat bacon.

Very friendly staff, always helpful. New and clean, great location walking distance from all sites. Bar supermarket and restaurants are down the stairs.

One of the best reasonable price level hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location.

If something have to say somebody might keep location noisy because there is much traffic outside. That didn't bother us. The walls between rooms are partly quite thin. The fridge was not cold enough. But anyway these issues are very minor, hotel is excellent.

It’s ultra modern, great service, absolutely beautiful room. The power/charging stations are many and in convenient spots. Breakfast offered is like a restaurant. Near many good restaurants. Offers luggage service. Some American TV stations available & good wifi. Loved it!!

We had a warm and informative welcome from the young lady on the reception desk on our arrival & The location is perfect for all the main attractions especially the Trevi Fountain, just a few hundred yards across the road. The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean & our bedding and towels were change daily. It has a quirky little lift that is a listed part of the building for those that don’t like Steps . This hotel also has good security with fob card keys to enter property from the street & the floor of your room & then to your room too. ( safes in room for valuables) Breakfast is served in the equally clean & modern Coffee/cocktail bar next door consisting of continental buffet and cooked breakfast to set you up for the day . Staff here are very personable and extremely efficient . Although the building is on a very busy noisy road when you are in your room with the window closed ( air-con in room is good) you don’t hear it & it’s just part of the hubbub of being in central Rome. This was our second visit to this hotel .

Not all rooms have a window view which is a shame. Some Rooms face inwardly of the building which is not very attractive , so if you want a window view you need to book a deluxe room which in my opinion is worth paying for.
