Godetevi un appartamento con due camere da letto con una cucina molto ben attrezzata mentre visitate la zona di Moab. Ogni camera ha il proprio letto king size di lusso e bagno privato. Questa proprietà si trova in un quartiere tranquillo a pochi minuti a sud del centro di Moab, con una splendida vista del bordo Moab sul davanti e piano passare sul retro. Abbiamo anche un grande centro comunitario con piscina, vasca idromassaggio, parco giochi, campo da tennis e stand di pallacanestro a solo 1 minuto a piedi dalla nostra porta d'ingresso.
Il nostro posto può ospitare comodamente fino a 8 persone. Le tue opzioni per il cibo sono infinite. Fai consegnare una pizza e goditela su uno dei nostri due patii. Prepara qualcosa di sofisticato nella nostra cucina ben fornita che fornisce tutti gli utensili da cucina, pentole, padelle, piatti, tazze e utensili da cucina. Fai una passeggiata di notte nel complesso del quartiere e goditi i famosi cieli scuri e le stelle luminose di Moab.
Se stai portando mountain bike, attrezzatura da trekking o attrezzatura per l'arrampicata su roccia, abbiamo un meraviglioso spazio per l'ingresso per te. Tieni al sicuro i tuoi oggetti avventura conservandoli al posto nostro mentre sei via.

This was our second time renting this condo, last year being our first. It was clean and very comfortable. Our family has been out to vacation in Moab many times over the years and for years we had stayed in a hotel. But this place has everything that you need and was so nice to have a place to come back to that was quiet, to relax and unwind. We definitely would recommend this place to our friends and family and would definitely stay again on our next trip out to Moab.

The home was great. Clean and looks very nice. Well stocked. Very convenient location. Owners very easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed it—perfect place to access the parks and all that the Moab area has to offer!

The place was clean and having a place to keep the bikes secured was great. My only complaints were;
We couldn’t open the guest lock box but fortunately the other lock box worked. There was only one key in the other box and there were 3 of us. We tried contacting the number with our reservation but we didn’t receive any response. So not sure if there were other issues that we would have had a response from them. Only other minor item was the fridge didn’t have an ice maker. I own 3 properties and all my 5 fridges have ice makers, it’s just more convenient for guests. We also couldn’t close the key lock box when checking out so we had the leave the key on the counter. I would suggest that they get some combination door locks like most places and a security camera if they are worried about intruders. Unless you drive a car the location is 5 miles from the Center of Moab.
