Everything about this place was amazing! We were welcomed with hot tea and chocolate cake after a long hike day. The house smelled amazing, like sauna and flowers. Dinner was delicious! Plus, my boyfriend was turning 40 and the host gave us a piece of cake to celebrate along the way - super cute. She was super friendly and chilled at the same time - I loved her vibe. The house is also cozy and warm, they also provide heaters to dry out clothes!

Wir haben hier einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Transcauscasian Trail eingelegt und waren begeistert! Unsere völlig durchnässten Schuhe wurden direkt vor die Heizung gestellt und wir durften uns erstmal bei Kaffee und Kuchen aufwärmen. Die Kinder der Familie haben sogar noch mit uns Karten gespielt, alles war mehr als familiär und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt! Das Essen war authentisch, sehr lecker und mehr als ausreichend! Auf Nachfrage war eine vegane Ernährung problemlos möglich. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und waren wieder einmal beeindruckt von der georgischen Gastfreundlichkeit! Vielen Dank! :-)

This was my fav guesthouse in the 4-day trek. The family was lovely. The man offered me some hiking poles (without me asking), which were incredible helpful for the rest of the trek - specially to cross the river on day 3. The food was delicious and more than enough for all of us. Among other food, breakfast also included cheese, yogurt and fruit (I didn’t see this in other guesthouses). The shower is separated from the toilet and they even have a hair drier - luxury in the mountains. I arrived quite early and they offered me tea and cake. My room had a window with Mountain Views and the bed was super comfy. I met some nice trekkers there as well. Overall a great experience, even though it rained most of the time and I couldn’t enjoy the garden.

The stuff was so kind and caring, they are such a kind people!!!!! The house has a beautiful garden. The garden was so peaceful for me. I didn’t order a dinner, but the lady brought me some slices of bread. Thank you again.

The room hasn’t a window :( but it is pretty typical here. The bed was uncomfortable and make noises, I wake up every hour.
