Owner was extremely nice and very helpful! Our beds were done daily.
There was no hand soup in the bathroom for the entire stay and also the shampoo holder from inside the shower tray felt on my toes twice:) That's something which can be fixed easily!

Central location close to Rossio station and all of downtown. The staff is friendly.
Even though a hotel in Lisbon does not have air conditioner when the window is right to a busy street and a fire station as a neighbor makes it very noisy with window open.
The biggest cockroach I have ever seen met us when we got back to the room the first day, however we did not see any other during our stay.
The shower/sink takes over 5 minutes to get warm and the drain in the shower is super slow so only short showers are possible, so use the sink to run the hot water to get it hot.
