Cleanliness, comfortable beds and armchairs. Every effort has been made to move about safely where there are steps.
A lower level flat with less steps would have been better for our age group. However, we were aware, and there was nothing to dislike.

Keybox was extremely difficult to open it took several attempts before it eventually gave way causing considerable frustration and anxiety.

Perfect location, easy to to collect keys. Good selection of appliances in the apartment
A few more instructions on how to use the heating, where to turn on dishwasher, washing machine as the switch was hidden by a brown bin

Near town. Quiet.
Too many stairs. Sime things needed cleaning. The oven was one.
