Exquisite house with loft . Great deals for longer stays
Impeccabilmente mantenuto e arredato. Graziosa casa per intrattenere con lo splendido atrio che scorre attraverso il centro della casa aprendosi alla grande sala da pranzo, al mobile bar e alla camera familiare. Elettrodomestici da cucina e bar Sub Zero Wolf di livello commerciale con isola centrale sovradimensionata. Tutti i pavimenti sono in granito. L'ampia scala in palissandro conduce ad un soppalco al secondo piano con due letti e un altro mobile bar e un frigorifero Sub Zero. Bagno con sedile riscaldato. Piante viventi all'interno sotto il lucernario. Bella piscina illuminata nel grande cortile. La piscina è condivisa con solo un'altra proprietà. Ottima grigliata. Davvero lussuoso.
Parcheggio gratuito. Garage automatico per due auto. Meticolosamente paesaggistico e illuminato di notte. Bella piscina illuminata nel grande cortile. La piscina è condivisa con solo un'altra proprietà che appartiene anche a me. Ottima grigliata. Davvero lussuoso.
Sei a breve distanza in auto dal grande quartiere dei musei con la cappella Rothko nelle vicinanze, dal quartiere dei teatri con il grande Alley Theatre e dalle compagnie sinfoniche e di balletto di Houston, la NASA è un po 'più avanti ma sicuramente vale la pena. E ovviamente Kemah e Galveston con Schlitterbahn sono molto divertenti al mare.
Di recente ho aggiunto telecamere di sicurezza ADT per la sorveglianza esterna

It was a very nice home everything was great. The host was wonderful. If I had any questions he responded back quickly.

The host met us at the property since he lives close by. He was very kind and helpful. The premises was clean and tidy. The air conditioning system kept the temps comfortable. The one suggestion I have is to add a permanent door between the two bathrooms. It was separated by only a curtain. Overall our stay was comfortable.

The host was so easy to contact and explained check in very thoroughly! The house was perfect for my family to stay at with plenty of beds. I loved the upstairs loft it really brought us all together. Would stay here again overall amazing experience

The location wasn’t *right* off the highway, but the road nearby was busy and kind of loud. The shared pool is definitely right outside the property on which we did not stay, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it, as it seemed inevitable that the other guest would be disturbed, even if we were just visiting and not being noisy. The floors were not clean. The landscaping team arrived before 7:00 in the morning and awoke my guests and me, and their arrival that day was never disclosed. To make that matter worse, the room in which I slept did not have a complete set of blinds, so not only was I startled awake before 7am by the lawn team, they were right outside my bedroom leaving me feeling very exposed and uncomfortable. The thermostat was locked and the temperature was very warm, causing us to be uncomfortable even when just sitting in the living room playing board games or sleeping. I never felt unsafe, communication was prompt, and check in and out was simple. We were complimented on being good guests, however, I don’t think we would stay in this particular house again.
