It’s showing its age. The sliding door to the restroom was getting stuck. It seems like it’s a common issue as we talked to one other group that said the same thing. In order to close it you have to pull with your whole body. The walls were mismatched with paint patches. The gym is lackluster. The indoor pool was so cold. We even made a comment that the rooftop pool for the adjacent property looked so much better than the one we had.

The location was the only thing good about the property!

I chose this hotel because I saw so many good reviews on TikTok about it and thought it would be a good idea to stay, but boy was wrong. The cost of that tiny room is ridiculous! I paid extra for “free breakfast” when I booked this trip and NO continental breakfast was provided! The service should NOT be offered and I should NOT have paid extra for something you knew I wasn’t going to receive in the first place! And the fact that I had to pay an additional $100 for an “upgrade” to a room with a view? And because I didn’t want to take advantage of their “upgrade” I got the corner room on the 3rd floor with a view of the rats in the alley! I’ll chose different for the next trip!
