Comfortable room and well located on edge of town.
Friendly welcome.
Impressive coffee machine (if I could get it to work)
No clear instructions with a complicated coffee machine.

Was just a stop off for me but you could easily use this as a base of operations for a week of exploring and not get bored. Short walk into Ullapool itself which had plenty of dining options and a far busier tourist shopping area than I anticipated
wifi was a little slow at times but may have just been others using it. Besides that no complaints at all

Location was within walking distance of the village. Rooms are very small and we did not find the narrow double bed comfortable. Steep price for the room provided. Very dated space. Too bad breakfast was not provided, that would have improved the price-quality ratio a bit.
Small room and a bed that is too small for two people.
