Owner is friendly, very eager to serve and was super responsive throughout our 6-night stay. The apartment is clean and efficiently arranged with just enough space and storage for clothes. The bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. The shower is big with plenty of water pressure and hot water. The HVAC unit was very quiet - unnoticeable at night. The location is great - super quiet, tucked away behind the main home overlooking a beautiful large treed backyard in a charming older neighborhood with no thru traffic and just minutes from everything. For the price this was an outstanding value. We highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here this weekend and had a lovely time. The room is small but clean and well-organized to make maximum use of space. The location is an easy drive to downtown and the owner is a total sweetheart. If you want pleasant, no-frills accommodations for a third of the price of hotels, this is a winner.

This was a perfect cozy and quaint place for just the two of us. The host was super helpful with checkin. It is a quiet cul-de-sac street in a private neighborhood within just a few driving minutes away from the major attractions we want to see at the Biltmore and city. We felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. There are stairs and private entrance in the back of home, so if you have difficulty with stairs, you may want to reconsider this as an option.

Great location for exploring Asheville and The Biltmore. Property is exactly as described…. Perfect for a short stay by two people. The property was spotless.
The neighborhood had a lot of renovations going on and construction noises, which would be my only complaint.
It’s good value for the money.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on our first vacation together. We’re from Fl, but had visited Asheville with our families in the past so we wanted to go together. The trip was wonderful, but some of the best moments were coming back to the vrbo after a long day of fun. Apart from being a great price, the vrbo is smack dab in the middle of EVERYTHING we’d planned all over Asheville. Carolyn was friendly, helpful, kind, and made us feel welcome the entire time while still giving us privacy. The place was clean and comfortable. Would not change a thing! Thank you for the unforgettable experience!

My boyfriend and I decided to have a weekend getaway in Asheville and are so thankful we did. Carolyn’s VRBO was quiet, very clean, and an overall beautiful property. We appreciated the amenities offered such as Wi-Fi, Streaming Services, Personal Cooling/ Heating, and a very comfortable bed. Carolyn is an excellent host who was wonderful to get to speak to. We are so happy we had the chance to stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for a great weekend!

My wife and i enjoyed the proximity to things to do. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best. Thank goodness for Netflix in the room. The room was clean and the reservation process was easy.

An absolutely unbeatable stay for singles, couples, and small groups! Very accessible to downtown and anything you would ever need for your vacation. Carolyn is an incredibly kind and hospitable host and really went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Carolyn's place is the perfect spot for anyone looking to get away in Asheville. Very close to everything, and a lovely location overall! Check-in/out was extremely easy, the space was clean and had everything we might have missed when packing! Definitely recommend staying here! 5/5

Cozy room with all the comforts needed
My husband and I stayed at this property to see a band and spend time exploring Asheville. It was perfect! So convenient and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. You can have coffee on the deck while watching the birds in the lovely backyard. Felt like staying with a friend but you didn’t have to engage with anyone else! Will definitely book it again. We have many more breweries to explore!

Her home is 5 minutes from the biltmore and 10 or so from downtown and all the great food! Although you are close to town, it's nice to come back here where the area is quiet and you have a deck to watch the stars. Carolyn is very responsive if you need anything or have any questions. Would highly recommend!
