Twin Palms Resort è una destinazione di vacanza segreta ben tenuta nella bellissima Panama City Beach con viste a bizzeffe dal tuo golfo anteriore, fatto privato menziono il balcone di dimensioni OVER? Questo è un condominio TOP NOTCH ben tenuto situato sulle splendide spiagge bianche del Golfo. Mi sono preso il tempo oggi per godermelo sotto la pioggia battente! È così speciale qui alla vasca idromassaggio e lato piscina che si trovano sul lato del golfo dell'edificio! le griglie a gas nell'area picnic con tavoli e una panchina di fronte alla spiaggia! i suoni e la vista della spiaggia sabbiosa sono così incredibili!

First I want to say the owner was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions which was wonderful. His place and the view was beautiful! The condo is cute and clean! The view was so perfect! The first thing we all did was enjoy the beautiful sunset.
The owner did not ask us to clean before we left but we still did the dishes and took the trash out.
The only draw back was I thought it was a two bedroom but it still accommodated us nicely and I spend some quality time with my daughters watching movies and cooking together. I will definitely come back. Thank you Jim for sharing your place with us.

Very nice view of the ocean. Large balcony. We observed dolphins and stingrays every day. Also had a manatee swim slowly down the beach. No issues with the property. Good for a couple or a family of 4-6. Bring binoculars for the best experience. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Went around Thanksgiving, no crowds.

The property is exactly as shown but the view is even better in person!! Jim (owner) was great, easy to get in touch with and great to work with. We saw dolphins and sting ray in the water from the balcony..we had a great experience and will absolutely consider returning!!

I wanted a weekend getaway with my 2 granddaughters and this was the perfect spot. Jim the host was great at communicating and everything was just as pictured. Will definitely rent again!!!

It was our first time staying at Twin Palms and it will definitely not be our last! Jim’s place was great! He communicates everything so well so you don’t have to wonder about anything.

Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, view was spectacular. Jim was quick to respond to any questions and easy to work with. There was never a wait for an elevator, which made it super quick getting to the beach, pool or parking garage. Definitely considering another stay here.

Everything thing was so nice and the condo was as advertised owner made sure we was able to get in and was there if needed to call we stayed 7 days and didnt wanna leave so was able to get 1 more night extra amazing views and condo was clean and stocked Everything we needed look forward to staying here again

Condo is in a great location in Panama City Beach. Communication with owner was very easy. Check in was very easy. Condo is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. I would return.
A few issues / considerations:
-Condo living area is pretty small, so staying any length of time with more than 2 guests could feel cramped.
-Condo AC unit doesn't work very well. It is partially controlled by a door sensor that doesn't always seem to work correctly. There are times during the day when the AC would be full blast and cool, and then at night it would cut off periodically and get really stuffy.
-There are a few things that need updated. The patio furniture is older and some of it is rusted / wobbly. The mattress probably needs to be replaced - it's fine, but the coils are a bit worn. The shower curtains are dirty / mildewed at the bottom. Overall, the condo is furnished well, but could use a spruce up.

Me and my kids had a great time it was just as beautiful as the first time we stayed with my my husband the owner was a very great person and checked in with us if I needed something he responded very quickly I see another vacation coming up soon

This was definitely the most enjoyable stay we have had on the Gulf in 33 years of marriage. The property and amenities were clean, easy to use and relaxing. The view cannot be beat. The location is close to everything that matters in PCB and the owner was very helpful when needed but otherwise we were on our own for the stay. Will only use this property in the future.

We found the unit to be just as advertised and the pictures were accurate. It is a beautiful condo on the 20th floor with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. You have a full gulf view from the couch inside as well. We had everything we needed although we did not cook at all so I can't speak into how well the kitchen was stocked. We picked up breakfast every day at a little cafe/bakery across the street. We walked the beach to Pineapple Willies. We were there to visit family and friends and the location was convenient for us to go further out on the beach as well as head into town. The owner was friendly and answered all of my questions quickly.

I’ve stayed places where the owners do not even communicate when concerns are present, but staying here, Mr. Rinck messaged the first night just to make sure we got checked in all right and then told me to have the best time. This was refreshing coming from an owner who clearly was invested in making sure his guests not only find his unit suitable but also that they enjoy their stay at the beach. It was something so small, yet in the several times I’ve rented units from VRBO, this is the first time I’ve ever had an owner check in and then wish us a great vacation. Most owners I’ve dealt with don’t have much contact after payment is provided. He seem to care that the entire trip was great, and that was just a nice thing to notice on our first night after driving all night to get there.

good, i did end up sweeping under neath the couchs since it didnt like it ever had been done. property is little older and there was construction next door that could be some what noisey but was mainly during a 8-5 period of time

Perfect for what we needed.
My son and I were in town for his World Series and this was perfect for us. Property was as described. East checkin process, owner is very easy to communicate with. Beach access is super easy and your are with walking distance to tons of stuff.

Mr. Jimmy was absolutely excellent. The property was had amazing views. We were able to walk to any destination we wanted. We look forward to renting from him again.

This was our first trip in November. We loved it. It was a girls trip so there were 3 of us. This condo was the right size for 3 adults.

Perfect vacation spot with an incredible view
The condo was clean and well decorated, with an incredible ocean view from the 20th floor. Our property manager made the process easy from checking in to checking out. Gave very specific details on everything, with great recommendations of things to do. I would highly recommend staying here and booking with Jimmy. We had an amazing time!
