Proprietà di lusso di recente ristrutturazione a Old Ocean Grove, a 10 minuti a piedi dai principali negozi (The Terrace) con molti caffè e ristoranti. Posizione elevata che è tranquilla e appartata con vista sulle cime degli alberi e 2 aree salotto all'aperto, di cui una coperta.
L'ingresso al Lago Blu è a soli 50 metri dal vialetto che è l'ideale per i bambini in bicicletta e passeggiate con i cani. Breve giro in auto o in bicicletta fino al fiume e surf spiaggia / dog walk beach.
House può ospitare comodamente 7 persone con un ulteriore letto singolo extra:
Camera da letto principale: lussuoso letto matrimoniale con bagno privato e cabina armadio
Seconda camera da letto - Tripla cuccetta (doppia in basso e singola in alto) e vestaglia a muro
Terza camera da letto - letto matrimoniale di lusso e vestaglia attrezzata
End room - Letto singolo e servizio lavanderia.
All'esterno c'è un ponte anteriore con tavolo e sedie con una vista elevata sugli alberi e c'è un patio privato coperto sul retro con tavolo e sedie e barbecue. Le aree esterne sono tranquille e pacifiche. Il giardino sul retro è sicuro e completamente chiuso.
All'interno c'è una zona giorno open space con Smart TV a cui puoi trasmettere Netflix e YouTube dai tuoi dispositivi intelligenti. Wi-Fi veloce NBN da usare. Vasta collezione anche di DVD e lettore DVD.
La cucina ha elettrodomestici smeg e anche una macchina per caffè espresso e macinacaffè. Anche un bar per la colazione per i bambini.
Animali domestici - tuttavia non nelle camere da letto.
Si noti che il vialetto è piuttosto ripido e stretto, quindi i conducenti devono essere abbastanza sicuri. Le auto possono essere parcheggiate sulla strada per coloro che preferiscono camminare sul vialetto.
Abbiamo una videocamera di sicurezza esterna che punta verso il basso sul vialetto che verrà spenta quando avremo ospiti.

The photos do not do it justice! The property was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away with friends. Location was great, easy walking distance to the shops. Ange was amazing to deal with. I can't wait to come back again!

We travelled as a family with two teenagers, their friends and a small dog.
When we arrived , property was easy to find. House was so well presented, clean and very comfortable. Fan in main bedroom and split in main living area so were able to keep cool. Property is behind another one but views excellent as it s elevated. Beautiful deck out front to enjoy the north sun and lots of room and fireplace out back.
Fully enclosed so dog was very safe when we were there.
Best part - a 30sec walk to the entrance of the lake track and a 10 minute walk to the shops.

Christmas Getaway
We absolutely loved our week holiday. From morning coffees out the back to cocktail drinks on the front terrace to lake walks and nearby dinner experiences we felt right at home. The house was spotless and perfectly maintained. The location was ideal for us and we would certainly return next time.

Beautiful house in a great location. Lovely and clean, nice comfy bed and a great secure garden for my dog. The lake across the road is a really lovely walk which was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Great stay for a group of adults
We enjoyed the property and location proximity to the main strip and beach. Particularly great that they allow pets as we had a dog with us.

Great house, great position, great owner.
This was an amazingly positioned and equipped property. It was a relaxing easy stay. Property was clean, checkin and communication were clear and effortless. It felt like "home", unfortunately our holiday had to end. Our dog loved it as well. Will be back soon I hope.

Wonderful property!
Our group of seven thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Ocean Grove and this house is a beauty! Clean, modern and with two fabulous outdoor areas just made for relaxation. Angela the host is a great communicator regarding any aspect of the stay. You won't be disappointed.

An amazing stay!
The house is absolutely comfortable and sparkly clean. Location is great and there are lovely entertaining areas both front and back yards. Back yard is also fully fenced so perfect for kids and dogs.

Great getaway with family and my four legged baby!
Thanks Ange, we had a really great little holiday and your house was lovely. Perfect for me and my partner, my parents and our dog. Secure yard for the dog and only a very short walk out of the driveway and you are at a lake with a great walking track that we all did every morning. The house had everything we needed and more and was clean and very well presented. Only a short couple of minutes drive and we were at the shops and beach. We all had a very lovely and relaxing break and we will be back in the future!

Fantastic house and great location
Our family of 5 + dog had a great stay over Xmas and New Year. The house had everything we needed, space for everyone, WiFi for the kids and fenced yard for the dog.
It is in a great location, close to beach and shops and walking distance to the Blue Lake and Barwon River.

A very well presented and comfortable property on a small block
Property is well presented and very comfortable although as it is only the back half of the block privacy is limited and there is no real aspect. Owner very helpful host.

Modern property in great location!
Loved all the smeg appliances, modern decor, and watching the sun rise/set from the front deck. Kids loved the bunk beds, our dog enjoyed hanging with the resident magpies in the low maintenance backyard! All amenities provided for, making our stay easy. Hosts are brilliant to deal with. Thanks Ange and Jim, will definitely recommend 😊

The best house we have rented; we had a ball.
You know how the photos are always better than the reality? Not with this home. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is ultra modern; comfortable (definitely including the beds); clean; neat as a pin; private; quiet and in one of the best Ocean Grove locations, as far as we are concerned. Our Blue Heeler (the princess) loved it, too. She was allowed inside. Everything one needs on a holiday was provided (we took our own linen but that's expected). We loved the sheltered out-door area out back. We seriously loved sitting in the lounge, gazing at the tree-tops. A magic view. Pepper (the princess) couldn't wait to get to Blue Lake for her morning walk. The lake is within staggering distance. If you pressed us for negatives, there is, perhaps, only one - and it's being nit-picking. The driveway is steep. So, when you go, take the opportunity to hone your reversing skills (as did we), or leave the car at the bottom of the driveway (as did we, just once). If it weren't for the steep driveway, there wouldn't be that magnificent view from the lounge. From the moment we walked through the front door, we felt as though we were home. We hated; hated leaving. We'll be back, unless we can find our own Ocean Grove haven. It will be hard to top Cuthbertson, though.

Beach treat
Comfortable, light and modern house with a nice back courtyard. Beds really comfortable. Enjoyed the wifi and dvds when the weather was a little cool. Close to the Blue Lake which was great for walking our little dog. Ange was helpful and friendly. Driveway steep and entry steps could be challenging for folks with mobiliy issues.

Beautiful house
My family (travelling from the US) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very modern home, super clean and tidy with all the amenities needed for overseas travelers with nothing but our suitcases. Great location in a tree lined part of Ocean Grove and Ange was the perfect host - will definitely book again!

Fabulous property
We had a great stay at this lovely property. Plenty of space for our family of five, and a secure back yard for our dog. Bright and very clean, high speed NBN internet access very handy, easy drive or walk to shops and the beach for lovely long walks. Our host Angela was great and available for any queries. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday down on the coast.

Beautiful property
We just got back from a two night stay at this newly renovated property. Our family of 5 and fur baby absolutely loved it! A real home away from home. Everything you could possibly want, especially loved the big bath. Angela was so lovely and easy to deal with, we will definitely be going back!

Excellent Property
Would highly recommend this property to anyone. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house was very modern and tastefully decorated. Highlights included the shower in the master bedroom and access to high speed internet via nbn. Short walk to the main shopping centre. Owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us and our dog :-)
