Easy to find. Well lit rooms and corridors. Front desk and staff were very helpful.

No elevator. AC could take time to cool the room.

It's value for money as it's cheap, decently comfortable, and in a fairly good location. Good choice for a cheap stay.

Staff clumsiness: they have a habit of leaving the door unlocked (with the key hanging on the door) when the guest is out and his belongings are inside the room after cleaning the room. The staff vehemently defended themselves for their sloppiness. Maintenance issues: the fan was not working, AC remote was missing from the room (which they didn't provide throughout the 3-nights stay), and also water droplets were dripping from the AC which was right over the bed. So, imagine water dripping on your face while sleeping.

I will never book this hotel.

Mattress were too soft causing me backpain, staff was very rude, cleanliness issues, didn't provide toiletries, bedsheet and towels seemed unclean, the breakfast options stayed same everyday. There was no flexibility provided on check-out time. No mat outside bathroom, causing danger to fall. The bathroom had issues with water logging and they didn't provide a mop that used to cause wet floor all the time. There were tiny bugs, mites in the room and excessive dust and spider web on the wall tiles.

i like the rooms the food quality location

the service is too slow. In the name of complimentary breakfast ( which is not, money is already included in your Bill) they just provide you 1 parantha which is not sufficient for any person. the staff only know 5 words which are WILL NOT REPEAT NEXT TIME and keep repeating these things. I will not recommend this place if you are coming on a leisure trip.
