Il molo di pesca è una breve passeggiata lungo la spiaggia. Il quartiere storico di Wilmington sul lungofiume è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. L'acquario di Ft. Fisher è a breve distanza. Durante i mesi estivi di punta, abbiamo una guardia di vita alla fine della strada sulla spiaggia. Volevamo condividere il nostro luogo di vacanza con gli altri, poiché l'esperienza in spiaggia è così tranquilla e rilassante. Credo davvero che trascorrerai un meraviglioso soggiorno qui.

I rented this place with two girlfriends for the weekend. The location is perfect; you can walk to several restaurants, shops and Roberts grocery store. The ocean is visible from the front porch. The home was also very lovely. We cooked a meal as well and tons of pots, pans and everything you need for cooking. I will definitely rent here again!

Nice property....feel sorry that we locked outselves out and you had to come open the door. The hair dryer doesn't work. Happy holidays.

My daughter and I loved the location and the apartment was very clean. We were able to walk to places to eat in the afternoon after we returned from town visiting my mother at her nursing home and it's a stones throw from the beach. Roberts Grocery is right there and Always get Vito's Pizza and Trolly Stop - Tower 7 is a staple too! I would stay again.

Our third yearly gathering of my college besties staying at oceanic. We absolutely love it. It’s the perfect location if you don’t want to drive around and search for parking. So much is in strolling distance. Just steps from the beach. Fabulous views. Spotless and loaded with amenities.

We were 6 people (2 adults, 4 children ages 9 and under) and the apartment was perfect for our short weekend trip for my sister's wedding. The place was clean and clearly well maintained. Some of areas/appliances were a little older (stove, bathroom) but worked well. It is a walk up to the 3rd floor where we stayed but was fine for our family. May be something to keep in mind for older individuals who may not be able to make it up that many stairs. The location is UNBEATABLE. The beach access was right there and while we didn't require any use of the beach chairs or laundry room, they were on site. I did not require communication with the host other than the initial booking and check-in information, but the host was friendly and outlined directions clearly. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this location.

It was a great location, adjacent to the water, beautiful views from the porch, property was very nice with a pleasant home like feel. We were surprised to find that we were in the center of so many activities and delicious restaurants. The property mgr was very friendly and easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again.

Husband and I stayed at this property for five nights. We have stayed previously and were happy to see that the apartment was just as clean and comfortable as last time. The kitchen had what we needed and we loved sitting on the porch to take in the scenery. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. We hope to be back soon!

The apartment is adorable. Vintage charming, while also very clean and well maintained and nicely furnished and uncluttered. We did not mind at all bringing our own linens for the nice price! Love the rockin chair porch! Closer to ocean than many "ocean front" properties. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing this sweet spot!

We had a wonderful time at Clay’s place. The condo was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfy too. We had trouble with the door on the first day but I called Clay and he came right away and got it fixed. The only downside is the lack of a second bathroom but the amount of space and the location makes it a great place to stay.

The property was very clean and had a great cozy beach house vibe. The location was just steps from the beach and the ocean can be seen from the property balcony and living room windows. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed cookware, plates, utensils, coffee maker and toaster! Shops, restaurants and food stores are all within a short drive of 15-20 min. Private driveway for easy parking. The owner Clay was great providing the needed information and instructions! I would definitely stay there again when visiting Wrightsville Beach!

We had an absolute perfect stay at this apartment! We were in Wilmington for our daughter’s graduation. It’s 50 steps from bars and 50 steps to the beach. Very spacious, nice and clean. Nice beds. You have to bring your own bedding material and towels or rent them from property.
We loved staying here and will for sure book again.

Great location sufficient for a nice stay. This rental does have a lot of steps and my only suggestion would be better night lighting at side entrance to stairs. I do like that this property owner gives options for linen rental or bring your own.

Fantastic location, but doesn’t compensate for the state of the home.
First, we found out upon arrival that sheets and towels were not included (something that, at the time of booking and writing this review, was not disclosed.) You're given the opportunity to rent them for a small fortune.
Sheets were not the only corner cut. It appeared the home was not cleaned between tenants. In fact a note left by the precious renters was still on the counter. Dirt and sand was on the floor.
The home maintains some of its vintage features, Including doors that do not latch — even the one bathroom. One bedroom didn’t have a door knob at all.
The exterior door you’re instructed to go in and out of has a corroded lock, making it difficult to use.
The tvs in the bedrooms don’t appear to work at all.
The listing said two parking spots but you were lucky to get more than one at any point in time.

We found this gem when we decided to make a last minute trip to beach. With smaller kids being as close to the beach as possible is very important to us. You are just steps away from the beach and the downtown area! Great, well stocked place, owner was spot on with everything! We definitely plan to visit this spot again! You will not be disappointed with this rental!

We really enjoyed staying here! My husband and I stayed for a few nights. The place was quiet, clean, spacious and very updated, and ,as an added bonus, within walking distance to several restaurants and a small grocery. The large dining table was great -as we had local family members come to visit us for dinner one night. The pictures do not do it justice! It has steep stairs, though ( the property is on the third floor), but that affords it spectacular views. We look forward to a return visit. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. Thanks for sharing your house!

Great location for a family beach trip: 100 yard walk and. The condo comes with access to chairs and wakeboards to use there. Also has an outdoor shower and laundry area. Within walking distance to several restaurants, stores, and an ice cream shop.

This older apartment is on a quiet street just steps from the beach. We parked our vehicle and walked everywhere we needed to go. Charming place and very comfortable. Definitely will consider renting this apartment again!

First time using VRBO and staying at Wrightsville Beach. I will do both again. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, location was amazing. Loved how we could walk to eat, drink and shop. The beach was so close and everyone we met were friendly. Using the app was easy, for those who are a bit behind on technology like me Lol. I would have given more than 5 stars if I could. Thankful our first time was so pleasant.

This place is a real find and the pictures do not do it justice. Most of the furniture and decor seemed to have been updated quite recently. It was great being just 200 feet away from the beach with a good view from the front porch. The rooms were quite comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room provided us a great location for meals if we did not want to go out. The nice thing is you are less than a block away from restaurants, shops, a grocery, etc... You cannot beat the convenience of this location. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.
