Questo è il luogo perfetto per trascorrere la vostra spiaggia vacanza in famiglia! Situato all'estremità nord di Carolina Beach tra il canale e l'oceano, questo bellissimo tre camere da letto, due bagni condominio con terrazza privata e, arredamento fresco pulito non lascia nulla a desiderare! Potrete trascorrere la giornata in spiaggia o in piscina - o entrambi! Rilassatevi la sera con una bevanda fredda sul ponte di questa unità all'ultimo piano con una vista incredibile dell'Atlantico. Il. camere vantano biancheria da letto luminose, confortevoli che vi accoglie per rilassarsi. La cucina ha come nuova appliance complete con un frullatore e Keurig- godetevi la vostra bevanda congelata di scelta o una tazza di caffè del mattino mentre si guarda le onde che si infrangono. Con nessun dettaglio trascurato, non avrai mai voglia di lasciare questo condominio splendidamente decorate con boutique offre locanda-come!

Do not book!!! AC does not work properly. Bryant Real Estate (property manager) will lie and make excuses for the poor AC, will try to intimidate the guests and threaten to charge you if you insist on a an AC repair to look at the unit and will sexually discriminate (make sure a male calls, they do not respect a female calling with an issue).
It took 3 calls and 3 days to get some relief from the heat.
First call was on the first night at the condo. Arrived about 4:30. Temperature in the condo was 78 degrees. We turned on the AC and began unpacking. Approximately 4 hours later, the temperature had climbed to 80 degrees. We called and left message on the after hours voice mail.
Gentleman from Bryant Real Estate showed up the next morning and proceeded to tell us that we could not expect the AC to bring the temperature in the condo lower than 10 degrees below outside temp. Imagine a 90 degree day at the beach and an 80 degree temperature in your condo. Having lived it, I can tell you it’s not a very comfortable indoor environment. The gentleman promised box fans that were never delivered.
Second call was the following afternoon around 2:30-3:00 after returning from the beach and finding no fans and indoor temperature of 82 degrees. I informed them the AC was not working properly and the temperature was unbearable (sitting in a pool of sweat is not the way we planned to spend our vacation) and asked for the unit to be looked at by a repair company. I spoke to a male rep at Bryant Real Estate who threatened to charge me for the service call. I request the service call anyway.
Waited over 24 hours for a service technician that never showed up at the condo.
Third call was on Wednesday about 8pm by my boyfriend. HE contacted the after hours emergency number. HE (I emphasize that part) left a message asking the after hours maintenance person to call him. Mike (the maintenance person) called him back within about 30 minutes; and after hearing our situation, within an hour Mike was at the condo with fans and a portable AC unit!! Finally after 3 full days(nearly half of our vacation), we had some relief.
However with the portable unit in the main living area, the master bedroom in the very back of the condo remained HOT all week. Upon further investigation, we realized the master bedroom DID NOT have an air vent!!!
There is no way the property owner and Bryant Real Estate were not aware of the issues with the AC unit!!!

I would recommend this place for anyone that is okay with climbing 50 stairs to the top floor. We were there for a week. Girls trip. The condo is nice and roomy. It was obvious that the cleaning job prior to arrival was very quick. Appeared to have just been quick wipe downs on the toilets and counters and there was sand on the floors in the bedrooms. But, it's the beach, so maybe that's to be expected.
Also, the parking info is quite confusing. There are full time residents there so you are considered a guest if you aren't a full time resident. There is no parking for guests of renters. Your guests will have to park down the street at paid parking. Just FYI.

I think providing chairs by the pool would be beneficial since there was nothing to sit on. We also didn’t have a toilet plunger & had to get one. The tv in living room was difficult to use. I had a negative experience in that I forgot a yeti can holder in the dishwasher. I forgot to get it out before checking out on June 26. I called the real estate agency twice On june 26 asking if housekeeping could take it to the agency for my sister to pick up. I was told housekeeping would be contacted & it could be retrieved june 26 or june 27. I called again on june 27 & was told housekeeping wouldn’t be able to go back in since new renters were already there. I was told I would be contacted on July 3 about the situation, however, my sister checked out June 26 & won’t be able to pick up if new renters left it there. I think we paid enough money renting the property, that this wasn’t an unreasonable request.

The condo was in a great location but from the beginning, there were problems. So let me start with the positives (+):

We were told they would discuss our displeasure with their team and let us know if we could be compensated for the uncomfortable conditions. Clearly the unit needed some refrigerant, but someone is unwilling to spend money to make an enjoyable trip. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless it’s cool outside.

We really enjoyed Carolina Beach. Our rental wasn’t too bad either. Obviously throughout Covid-19 there are restrictions and that’s ok. There is a man with a condo who over looks the pool that will harass people enjoying the pool the whole time you’re out there by staring at you through the window and coming out and preaching the rules to you (there was only 2 people in the pool, and you are allowed up to 8) the unit was good, but recommended to bring your own pillows and blankets as you are only provided one thin blanket per bed. The kitchen was nice to have. The close access to the beach was great, we really enjoyed our stay outside of the “Pool Police” I would recommend speaking the that gentlemen as customers pay a lot of money to enjoy these things for a weeks time, and it takes one bad apple to make things go south. Outside of that we truly enjoyed this vacation. Thank you

Despite multiple calls, it took almost 3 days to get the maintenance man out and get the internet/WiFi working. I made it clear it was urgent since there were professionals that needed access to patient charts and information. Somewhat disappointed/frustrated since we have had previous rentals with Bryant that were excellent but just one unsatisfying experience such as this was a big deal.

Great location
The location of this property is great and you can tell the owner cares about this property. I do wish there were signage so when you arrive to the property you know which set of stairs to climb.
Management provided us with the wrong wifi password (which we found the correct one in a book), after hours pick up is a lock box for ALL the properties (when we picked up there were about 5 other envelopes in the box waiting to be picked up), parking is not allowed under the building, and covid changes to pool usage were not communicated even though we specifically asked about the pool before booking. The unit below us had a leak, so we had 2 visitors to look into that. Overall great view, great location close to beach access. The unit has full size appliances, and all your basic cooking needs. We did buy a tub stopper so we could give our kids a bath. The one thing that caught us off guard was that the master with attached bath had the 2 full beds and the front bedroom had the queen. TV in every bedroom. Overall we were very happy with this property and would stay there again if we travel without our dog.

3rd floor ocean view from the balcony was awesome. However at night, roaches enjoyed it more than we did. Going up 6 flights of stairs was not fun. Unit was clean (no roaches inside) furniture stained and not the most comfortable. Location was great. Pool was nice and clean. Short walk to the beach and short drive to many restaurants and the aquarium.

Excellent location, fair accommodations
This property has a perfect location, not oceanfront but great ocean view. It is right across the street from a beach access road so the walk to the beach is nothing. The pool on the property was very nice. It was also very quiet and not busy when we went in July. The property definitely needs some repairs and improvements. Several doors did not lock, even the sliding glass door (main entrance) wouldn't lock properly. The mattress pads weren't the cleanest and the living room furniture was not comfortable at all (and also dirty). Often getting the TVs to work properly was difficult (DirecTV). Generally the employees of the realty company were very helpful and nice. Overall we loved Carolina Beach and the location of this property, the quality of the furniture and the little things that needed to be improved were our main complaints.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect with a wonderful view of the ocean. The only two things that would have made it better would have been a room on the ground floor for beach chairs and stuff and an elevator. Those steps can really take a toll on you especially having to carry a one year old. But other than that it was great!

Clean house, but too many HOA rules that were not made known when booking.
House was clean. HOA would not allow parking under the building. HOA would not allow a golf cart to be parked at the property even though there was only 1 other unit in use and PLENTY of open parking (15 blocks from boardwalk). Broken and uncomfortable furniture. Dryer ruined several articles of clothing. No place to keep beach stuff on lower level, so you either carried it up 4 flights of stairs or lock it in your car. TV very small and direct TV did not work. Wifi very slow as well. Rental company was easy to work with, but would not recommend this rental.

Overall we had a great experience! We had 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was furnished with most items you would need to comfortable stay! The location to the beach was perfect, just steps from the property and having a pool was definitely a perk also!

Vacation rental was beautiful! The view to the water was amazing and the condo was gorgeous! Everything was decorated beautifully and the bedrooms were very comfy. Fire alarm detector battery died so it kept on beeping. Called the emergency maintenance number and within minutes someone called right back and told us what to do. Very helpful
