Could eat meals at reasonable prices. Fufu was delicious! Clean and modern interior. Located next to a gas station and a shop.

Very clean. Good food at reasonable price.

The matress was too soft for a couple. The hotel was too economical on the breakfast. For instance, they insisted on giving just one small milo sachet per person and they wouldn't entertain the idea of adding one for my two year old daughter because the booking did not take her into consideration. We ended up foregoing breakfast for the second day because we had to leave early that day.

For our purposes the location was on the wrong side of town, but that was our fault!

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Awesome value! I strongly recommend this hotel. Well worth the reviews. Definitely coming back. My hotel of choice in Tamale for now. Best suited for a business traveler.

Staff could be more professional. With the exception of the manager and one other person, the staff appeared bothered by the presence of guest. Professionalism of staff will be the perfect complement. Wifi connectivity also needs improvement.

Despite saying they offer free airport shuttle, they didn't pick me up or compensate for the taxi I had to use claiming the shuttle is complimentary and the driver can pick you up when not busy and I should have informed them 24 hrs in advance (it was a very last minute booking). One of their staff asked me to give her my watch which made me feel worried about the safety of my belongings.

Bathroom was not clean. App room details listed free toiletries but hotel says that's only for executive rooms. The distance from airport to hotel listed on the app is incorrect. It's at least 40 mins.

Free breakfast, location is convenient and close to town and markets.

There was only one helpful guy from all staff - the manager, others were careless and almost not helpful

Something should be done with internet connection for sure. It was not even possible to load emails most of the time, except early morning hours (from 4 am till 9 am). Certainly, staff should be better trained. There was no hot water in the shower, no locker, poorly furnished rooms.
