Large apartment , each room with own bathroom, air condition

Location is not so close to the main area, only one restaurant at walking distance Towels and bed linings were having stains , though they looked clean. Misleading information about the accesses you have - like Beach Club Ocotal and Coco Club, there is no access anymore though in the message i got it was specificied. No compensation was given as a gesture of good intention. Misleading info for reservation too as we booked one location with 3 bedrooms (though we only need 2) but there was no info that actually there are 2 separate apartments , out of which the one with one bedroom we have not used at all. Again no sign of good intention from the hosts to compensate the misleading message. They said that a refund will be possible but it did not happen.

The property overall was good. The unit could use a little maintenance. We had a few issues but our contact was on it and sent staff in to rectify the issues we had.

The price on booking was $250 less than what the actual price was. Since this is non-refundable you are stuck. Beware booking through Vacasa. Booking.com had the unit for $401 for two nights. After the reservation was confirmed the price was $650. We moved to a more reputable management company. Building need a new roof, we could see the multiple black water marks on the ceiling.

It was large there were two apartments for our family of five. It had everything you needed. There was a pool outside. Ocotal beach is lovely with a playground just outside apartment complex for kids .

We arrived with no keys and the apartment was locked. Luckily the cleaner was in the next door apartment and let us in. The WiFi didn’t work for much of the time and was poor when working. Two of our air cons in the room broke ( they were fixed quickly) The downstairs en-suite smelt and the washing machine made the clothes smell as was mouldy. ( upstairs apartment washing machine fine)z The water kept turning off - one blamed on a storm the other time was because a man was fixing another apartment but didn’t think to tell us and left us with no water with three very small children with no shower, water to cook with etc . The toilet upstairs started leaking and stank. The beach club at ocotal is infested with mosquitos and unuseable because of this we literally had to run out due to a swarm and I think this is a known issue. The beach club at coco is ok- quite run down, still poor internet. Most issues above were remedied as quickly as possible but still for the price it didn’t make our stay very comfortable.
