It was all good thanks

Susana is an incredibly kind and welcoming host. She was always attentive and regularly asked if we needed anything. She cares deeply about cleanliness and keeps the apartment in excellent condition. Above all, her priority is making sure her guests are comfortable. To future guests: please read the listing carefully before booking. This is a private room in a shared apartment, not an entire apartment. The rooms are spacious, each has air conditioning, clean bed linen, and fresh towels. If you need clean towels or fresh bed linen during your stay, simply ask Susana—she is always happy to help. I would also like to give a special thank you to Susana because our flight arrived very late, close to midnight. She stayed in touch with us the whole time, sent clear instructions on how to enter the apartment, showed us where our room was, and even completed the online check-in for us to make our arrival as smooth as possible. Overall, everything was wonderful. Susana, thank you for showing us how welcoming this country is and how kind and genuine the people here are. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!
