Location, staff especially the guy at the counter. The room was also fine, not great but fine.
The price should have been 10-15% lower, given the room.

Tv remote was not working on the tv. The whole room with only one electrical outlet. No microwave.

Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Staff was friendly.
Furniture was damaged (cabinet was broken), bathroom door handle was broken as well. No bath towel provided.

The staff were very nice
I stocked up on the elevator and the staff already know about it and they did not inform us. The sheets on the bed were burned with a cigarette even the rug. The bath room everything was falling down the accessories were not tied well whenver you tich it fall down into the ground. There was childern noise at 3 am.

I could not even get a receipt when checking out and paying
