There were nice eateries nearby and it is about 15mins away from Komtar. It was nice to have private parking spots within hotel premise though limited (especially at night). Looking for parking spots in Penang downtown is horrendous, thus it was nice to be able to walk to nearby attractions. Room is clean, bed is comfy, water is hot and pressure is good. All basic needs were met.

It'd be nice if hotel could provide hair dryer.

The twin room is spacious and clean, something not to be taken for granted in the area….The staff is resourceful: the first room they gave me the aircon was was barely cooling and they changed my room. Location is good for sightseeing and going out for dinner and drinks.

The aircon barely cools the room, bathroom is smelly, bed sheets with stains, both the towels and curtains are old with holes in them! The hallways are smelly and the carpet is disgustingly stained.

The location is safe and strategic.

The staff aren't that friendly

Value for money for a budget-class hotel.
