E 2 miglia dalla bella Thumb Butte Mountain. Se ti senti fortunato, i casinò di Bucky e Yavapai sono sicuri di avere il tuo gioco! Arredamento rustico con un'atmosfera rilassante e familiare. Gioca a scacchi e altri giochi da tavolo sul nostro tavolo da gioco. Goditi i barbecue nel cortile dietro la buca dei pompieri. O camminare accanto al bellissimo parco di quartiere con parco giochi, campo da basket e tavoli da picnic. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, Keurig, tostapane, piatti, pentole e padelle. I letti sono molto confortevoli con nuovi materassi e lenzuola super soft resort. Sedersi sul portico o passeggiare in centro e godersi la vita notturna nei bar e ristoranti sulla piazza. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per rendere perfetto questo tuo!

My adult family stayed here for a week's long vacation. The house is exactly what you see in pictures and clean. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out in their own rooms and plenty of space in the shared space to gather. Location was great and the house is only 5-7 minutes from Whiskey Row with tons of local bars and restaurants. Marsha was an excellent host, checking in periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was meeting our expectations.

This house is amazing! From the cleanliness to the amenities. This is by far, the BEST Vrbo location we have ever stayed in. We will definitely return anytime we are in Prescott!!

We really enjoyed how close the house was to restaurants and whiskey row. We also loved that the cabinets were labeled, so we didn’t have to keep opening up every cabinet and possibly put things away in the wrong cabinet.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to whiskey row that if you do want entertainment it’s just a 4 min drive. We loved the place and look forward to staying again!

This is a nice home that is very clean. Perfect getaway. Quiet neighborhood. The host, Marsha is very attentive and communicates very well. We were not able to enjoy the outside due to snow and cold weather but I would definitely book again for some relaxation. Overall this is a very nice place and is suitable for families. Lots of room!!!

The place was clean, comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, We did not spend a lot of time there, just basically slept. There was a courtyard to the side of the building with fire pit, grills, table and chairs.

We were very happy with our stay. We plan to return. We will bring a few more kitchen/cooking utensils to suit our needs but everything was great!

We are a large family with many children and we so enjoyed our stay!! The location is amazing, the inside and outside are so well laid out. We only wish we could have stayed longer :)

Just perfect
We had a family reunion nearby but we’re not able to bring all our camping gear so we opted to stay nearby and found this gem of a home! My kids loved the board games and chess table. My husband and I enjoyed our evenings on the porch.

My father has always loved Western Art so for Christmas my brother and I planned a trip to take my parents to Prescott to the Phippen Museum. Your home was just a perfect setting for them with the old fashioned exterior and the welcoming inside. Thank you so much for the opportunity for us to stay at your home.

Great place to Hang and be comfortable
My husband and I frequently stay here while visiting my sons family and have had many happy memories here. We enjoy Flynn park next store and building a fire in their pit. Marsha is very attentive and helpful. Plenty of room for a family. I recommend the Barn House highly!

The overall property was great. The park next door attracted some tweakers on Saturday morning that made us a little uncomfortable. They weren’t there Sunday but it was definitely unexpected.

Perfect place for me and my groomsmen
It was a wonderful cabin for me and my groomsmen to stay at before my big day, it was clean, easy to find, and very comfortable.

Loved the rustic charm.
This place is super cute. Sadly the whole of my party except me couldn't make it due to covid but it would've accommodated all eight very well had they been able to come. There were plenty of linens and even shampoo /conditioner in the showers which was nice. The location was close to the wedding venue as said. Considering I had to stay my myself I was a little concerned but I didn't feel unsafe at all in this neighborhood. The only mishap was the lock number was not correct but was able to get a hold of the host pretty quickly to remedy that. And this is quite a small thing but I could not find salt in the kitchen so if that can be fixed you're future quests would appreciate that if they're staying in and cooking :)

Location of the Barn House was better than anticipated for our trip. We were minutes away from the Cowboy Poetry venue which was our trip purpose. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet. This small house has tons of room. I was able to work in and area away from family without interruption from others. The new shower was hard to get out of! When we are in Prescott, our first check for lodging will be the Barn House.

Family gathering
My daughter lives in Prescott. We live in PA, a son in Virginia and a daughter in Delaware. This house is in a great location, not far from downtown and very quiet. We were able to use this house as home base and it was perfect for our needs.
