PENTHOUSE WITH LARGE TERRACE, SEA VIEWS, ONE STEP FROM THE BEACH AND WIFI
Grande attico molto luminoso dotato di 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni, soggiorno con terrazza con tende da sole, cucina completamente attrezzata. L'hab. principale con un letto di 1,50 m., il secondario con un letto estraibile che viene distribuito in due letti di 0,90 m. Possibilità di lettino da viaggio. Garage in fattoria. Si trova a un passo dalla spiaggia di Muchavista e dal lungomare nella zona migliore e più bella tra El Campello-Playa San Juan.
L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un fantastico soggiorno: barbecue, stereo, Smart TV, lettore DVD e Wifi.

Si compone di una terrazza a livello della casa che si affaccia sul soggiorno e un altro tipo di solarium molto grande sopra. Entrambi con vista sul mare per trascorrere momenti indimenticabili con la famiglia o gli amici. Ha anche un ampio parcheggio all'interno del garage della comunità. L'urbanizzazione vicino alla spiaggia non è necessaria l'auto per raggiungere tutto ciò che è necessario: supermercati, stampa, farmacia, cocktail bar e ristoranti. Molto ben collegato con autobus e tram con Alicante (centro), Benidorm e Altea. Puoi andare in AVE ad Alicante e da lì in tram fino alla fermata accanto all'appartamento.
Un luogo eccellente per riposarsi e divertirsi in un'urbanizzazione esclusiva e tranquilla. URB. GLI AZAHARES.

Absolutely amazing break away in this fabulous penthouse apartment. We arrived very late at night the hosts agents met us showed us around and was a great start to the break. Apartment has lovely spacious and comfortable furniture both inside and outside. Loads of room loved the BBQ on the roof terrace, sea views from the downstairs balcony as well as from the roof terrace.Lovely furnishings handy having 2 full bathrooms, as well as a kitchen that had everything you need to enjoy and easy to cook in. We will 100% return to stay here. Local restaurants within walking distance as well as a great supermarket! What more can you say apart from Consuelo was on hand for any advice or help when needed. Super easy check outIf you’re in this area and looking for a fabulous place then book this one !!

It was a lovely apartment and especially loved the spacious roof terrace. The air con was very much needed and was excellent. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. The apartment was in a nice area. Predominately Spanish but plenty of bars and restaurants within a very short walk. A couple of supermarkets again within a short walk. Good transport links with regular bus and trams to allow you to explore further. The large clean beach is literally a stones throw with optional sunbeds to rent. Large wide promenades to walk with plenty of bach bars. All in all we had an excellent holiday and would definitely book again if we come to this area. Consuelo the manager replied quickly to any messages sent and also checked in with us during our stay. Would recommend booking this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay
- just across the road from the beach with long promenade
- good supermarket within 5 minute walk
- large roof terrace
- small kitchen with all you need (oven - allow extra cooking time - not fan assisted)
- good air con
- hurried welcome not by owner maybe as flight delayed so arrived at lunchtime
- building work next door - noisy on terrace and crane over us
- blinds on balcony next to main bedroom noisy when windy so missed night sleep but WhatsApp instructions given to resolve
- would be helpful to have information folder with local info/ emergency contact numbers
- restaurants tend to close at 5.30pm so recommend main meal at lunchtime
Overall - amazing area with loads of lovely long walks, tram into Alicante, beautiful sandy and safe beach
