Location, it was a 3 minute walk from Edem Beach which was Fantastic. Quiet residential area but very central. The apartment is small but has everything you need, suited us perfectly and such a quiet neighbourhood. Tram/bus and taxis all 3 minutes from the front door, could not be easier to go further along the coast is you fancied a different beach or directly into Athens city.

The location was perfect near to the supermarket. The access to the airport was perfect. Bus and tram was very easy to use.
The bed was uncomfortable for us the mattress was very hard.

The location is really good. A train station is nearby, it is very quiet.
I knew it before booking, but the time to arrive from the apartment to centre is about 30 minutes. It was ok for us

It's very close to the beach and well-connected - tram and bus in 2-3 minutes walk. Great advantage of the apartament is that it is cool inside - perfect for summer time! And the host - just perfect! Very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this place!:)

Flat is equipped literally with everything you might need during your vacation (even clothespins on the balcony for sticking cloths while they are drying). Clean, 2 TVs, convenient light zones
Despoina kept in touch with us, and allowed to stay longer so we could prepare for our night flight! Very generous!
A bit noisy neighbors but it is leveled out with hospitality of the host and place itself!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Our host met us at the bus stop and was very helpful suggesting places to eat. This was a perfect stay near Alimos Marina before collecting our boat - 2 adults and 2 children all slept well. Thank you so much

In the apartment there was everything we needed, we could easily contact the owner - which was very nice and helpful. Apartment large and comfortable, great location - 1 blocks from the coast. Near the supermarket, restaurants on the beach. Very nice stay.

Amazing location , few minutes from the beach.About 20 min walk to all of the beachbars.Great connection to the city center , PiReus port and the airport!

The host was extremely polite and reachable. In fact, I got a message from her around noon on the day of our arrival. The message was in Bulgarian, which shows a good level of understanding of their customers because they could not just assume I speak English or Greek.
This small detail, which opened our communication, spoke a lot about what would follow.
The host kept flawless communication, met us on arrival, and offered to help with any questions we may have. Despite the fact, we had none, it was still a very good experience.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes walking from the beach. We had to park on the street, but the host assured us that the area is pretty safe (and we had no problem with the security at all). However, I have left with the impression that the place has its own parking, probably this should be taken out of the listing, as the only free parking is the street parking outside (which is indeed free :) ).
The apartment was great! It was cozy, very well set up, with excellent furniture and style. Despite the small apartment area, the two levels of the apartment give very good privacy for each of the rooms. The internet quality was what you'd expect in a non-professional WiFi setup: acceptable, solid, without any interruptions. I was very thankful for this, especially compared to other places I visited recently.
The apartment is very close to the public transportation line, which goes around the cost, and is quite frequent. This will be very useful for anyone, who stays in Athens and needs to visit the center, or just go around.
