Canary Bio Hostel Tenerife

I really enjoyed my stay at Canary Bio Hostel in Tenerife. It offers excellent value for money and is very comfortable overall. The host is kind and always ready to help, which made the experience feel welcoming and easy. I also appreciated the small personal touches, like being left some organic strawberries.

The only minor downside was that my room faced the street, so there was some traffic noise at times. It wasn’t a major issue as the whole area is not really busy.

La posizione della struttura è sicuramente comoda, si trova tranquillamente parcheggio nei pressi, se si viaggia in auto. Il terrazzo ha una vista spettacolare, molto apprezzata soprattutto la mattina durante la colazione. Non abbiamo forse goduto appieno delle potenzialità della struttura a causa di alcuni altri ospiti, essendo le aree comuni da condividere, però capisco che questo sia un problema relativamente legato a chi si trova durante soggiorno. In ogni caso, esperienza positiva.

It was clean

If you’re looking for a cozy hostel with a warm atmosphere, this is NOT your place. This is simply an old home turned into accommodation: it has 3-4 rooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. No effort has been put in creating a cozy atmosphere. There’s a huge terrace that could have plants, chairs, a hammock or two… instead, it’s completely empty so you basically don’t use it. The owners/staff are never to be seen, so the place really feels like a ghost hotel. The rooms are also a bit sad furniture and decoration wise. Everything looks like it once belonged to an old couple and they’re just renting the different rooms to different people. This whole Bio thing was just a chalk board in the kitchen that read: we have vegetables for you to buy. Also, the town is also a ghost town: no restaurants or bars around, only a couple of supermarkets.
