The apartment was in a convenient location with easy street parking and close to city center. Luisa, the apartment manager, is fantastic and has made sure to provide the apartment with every necessary amenity and more for a comfortable stay. On check-in she made sure to show us everything and was always responsive to any inquiries we had. The breakfast that was included with our stay was exceptional and had many selections included. Apartment was super clean and in great condition. Strong wi-fi, great selection of channels on the TV, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice shower and washing machine. Cozy sitting area out front and even two basic bicycles provided. Of all the stays we had in 3 weeks in Italy we definitely felt like this was at the top of the list for value, convenience, location, and comfort. If we are in Ferrara again for any time we will definitely be looking to see if Residenza Ducale is available.

Overall we had absolutely nothing negative to say about this apartment. We loved everything about it ! Like a lot of apartments in Europe we found the space to be a little tight sometimes, but this is very normal. And we had more luggage from a longer stay in Europe then most people. Bathroom was a little cramped for two people at a time in the mornings,
